Good overall value for the price. Does not have all the features but what can you expect for the $$$ cost. Sound is the major fault but, again, not enough to not buy another one to serve as a second TV in the home.

Got this for our camp trailer. It works great for just relaxing and watching a movie after hiking. Only wish it was 12volt.

Purchased this TV as a temporary bedroom TV and as a second monitor. For the price, this is a great deal. Picture and audio are better than expected for the price

this tv is one of very few that comes with a 28" screen. I am pleased with its layout as well as its functionality. LG has been a reliable brand for our household for some time now. We are pleased!

Hard to find TV under 32”. Using as a monitor for video surveillance system and 28” fits perfect. Best Buy came through with the TV in stock at the store. Easy hookup and great picture.

Great picture for our small kitchen use. Wall-Mounted, it's the perfect companion for being in the kitchen when you don't need a ginormous set for movies or sporting events.

This TV was very difficult to set up; first, it had screws missing so we had to go to the hardware store in order to attach the feet to the screen. I had to get help from Spectrum to get it going because the TV default position was that we were working with an antenna and not a cable. The TV has a very loud and annoying voice that announces "power off/on, and recites the level of the sound with each increment." It also tells you when you have hit the "mute" button. It does have a nice picture.

Bought this for our RV bedroom mainly for the odd size it needed to fit into. Very nice picture, better than I expected. Decent sound for a small room as well.

Needed an inexpensive TV for occasional use.Price was right, picture is great! Well worth the money. Order online/curbside pickup was quick & easy. Good job Best Buy.

My existing TV stopped working (no picture) on Saturday at lunch time. I substituted another TV in it's place. It worked fine. I then went to Best Buy to get a new one. There was none on display of the size I needed. I found one on the shelf that was the size I needed. I asked a salesman the price which he looked up and told me. I said I would take it. I took it home, set it up, and it worked fine.

I bought a small LG television for our Sunday School classroom. The old was must have been from the 60's! The picture and sound was fantastic! A great choice for a major upgrade!

It is a good TV for the money especially when you catch it on sale. I bought it for my parents for Christmas and they are more than happy with it.

I purchased this TV as a gift for my mother. She watches it at night in her bedroom. She says it's really nice and has a clear picture and is just the right size for her room.

The picture is good but the sound quality is not. it isn't crisp, sometimes it is difficult to make out some of is being said. Interestingly, Best Buy emailed me ads for sound bars, the week after I purchased it.

I did not realize that the TV had to be programmed prior to use to pick up stations. This was one of the only TV's I could find locally in this size. I was unable to locate a smart TV in this 28" size in retail stores or on line.
