A man from the Geek Squad mounted it for me and then showed me how to operate it. It is so much easier than the television I have that has Apple Works.

Last time he was home, his TV didn't work so we got him the LG-28" His brother hooked it up and said it works well. I have not had a chance to use it, but like the style and I'm sure my other son will get good use out of it. Nice little TV for the money and serve it's purpose.

I do have some issues with the product.

It lasts only a couple of seconds, then comes back with the info bar at the top and a bar at the bottom describing the program. It is distracting, and some dialogue gets lost in the process.

Assembly of the tv went well and instructions to connect cable for viewing was fast and thorough. We were very happy with the Best Buy Service and the LG TV.

I was looking to replace my grandmothers 20 year old console tv on her porch. Needed something simple. Not a smart tv. Boom. This is your unit. Picture quality is ok but great for an 89 year old lady watching judge Judy. Highly recommend.

Overall pleased with the TV. Read other reviews stating speakers are weak. I actually find the speakers are pretty good considering the size of the TV. Very satisfied with purchase
