    TV is fine, although we thought we were buying a smart TVs. Our salesperson Sean in your Hyannis store was not helpful and was annoyed he had to assist us.

    My reason for a three star reviw was the fragileness of the TV that was not revealed before purchase. This TV is to be used for weekend craft shows. I hope to make it work.

    Purchased it thinking it was a smart tv but unfortunately it was not a smart tv so had to return it . Would recommend if you are not looking for a smart tv

    It looked fine and perfect when we took it out of the box. We finally got a chance to hook it up a week and a half later because we had to find the time to put up the bracket on the wall....only to find out it looked like someone kicked the screen once we turned it on. So upsetting, now i get to deal with trying to explain why i don't have the box anymore and hope that the store takes it back because i ordered it online. When I tried to call the store to see if they will exchange it I called several time waiting for at least 20 min at a time to find out no one picks up the phone at best buy. What a great experience. Next time i should just go through amazon and not deal with the hassle.

    Originally bought this thinking it would be a great computer monitor. But it's a TV and shouldn't be used as a computer monitor.

    TV works fine. My beef is that the only way to get this size TV is to buy it without HD and pay more. I could get the next size up or the next size down with HD for less money. Why? My choices were a TV that’s too big, too small or forgo the HD and get the size just right. Not a reflection on the retailer. Just the industry.

    The unit was purchased to replace an older model, that worked well, but was given to a family member. No cable lines have been changed that should negatively impact the replacement. However the new television cannot be connected successfully to the cable system. A qualified electrician has reviewed the unit and cannot identify any flaws. There are three additional televisions in the home that work properly.

    I bought this is an open box item. I was expecting slight imperfections, but I was not expecting the entire screen to be completely cracked and not in working order when I plugged it in. I then happened to find in the box a return packing slip from the previous owner of the TV. Doesn’t Best Buy check returned products before they put them back out on the shelf again? Shame on you for trying to shuffle this off to me. It’s going back first thing tomorrow.

    Ok for cable and ps4 but have to connect thru ps4 to use the cable tv
