There is NO audio output options on this TV. So you need to be happy with the built in speakers. Would have been nice for my salesman to know this before selling me a speaker bar and cable.

I brought this tv home at the very end of May. It gets limited use since it is a kitchen tv . I watched it last night and all was well - turned it on this morning - no picture. Volume- check, remote working - check, see if other channels work - check, turn it off then back on - check, threaten it with duck tape - check, leave the room and come back - check,.........last attempt at a solution was to TRY and make contact with a human at Best Buy.... I’m about to carry it outside and use a baseball bat. Did I get a human ?..NO. DID I GET RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM??? NO. AM I A HAPPY CUSTOMER?

All I wanted was a simple tv to plug in a dvd player to. It is so complicated can't even get it set up to play movies. Hate this product.Can't tell you how it works, maybe once I figure out set up.

I know this is only a 720p TV but the picture quality is horrible. No matter what I tried with the settings, I couldn’t get even a decent picture. I ended up returning it.

Didn’t keep this product because it arrived with the inner screen shattered. Couldn’t tell when I open the box. I got everything hooked up and plugged it in and discovered everything internal it was shattered. I bought some thing else in place of it.
