This was bought for the kitchen, I wanted to upgrade from a 19 inch TV that's been there for years. My main reason for getting this was the size, there are no other 28 inch TV's out there. I could have got 24 inch but I wanted to go a little bigger and 32 was too big! This fits the bill. I have another LG TV and it served me well. The picture is good but not great, I can probably get it to be a lot better if I play with the settings but for the kitchen I wasn't looking for a stunning picture. What I like most is the speakers, this TV actually sounds good and I don't need to turn it all the way up to hear it, as I did my last TV. The speakers do a good job. As an FYI for the people who said the voice is annoying you can shut that off during setup and after setup, you can shut it off.

Lg is good quality the size is right for where we use it

Great value -- great picture -- easy to use. I was looking for an option for a short term use for little cost, and it was definitely of a quality for long term use.

Great picture and sound! Was not very hard to set up. We are very pleased with the quality of this TV. Will be buying LG again in the future.

Admittedly I thought I was buying a smart TV, but that's on me for not paying enough attention. Even though this wasn't what I thought I was buying (again my fault) this TV is great! It's a perfect size for a bedroom and the picture is crisp and clear. What I love the most is compared to my nearly 18 year old previous TV, I can see the picture no matter what angle I'm viewing it from. The sound is also clear and I don't typically find myself blasting the volume just to hear basic things. It's not just a great TV for the price, it's a great TV and it was a great price!

I was looking for a TV to fit in the opening of a kitchen cabinet. This one was the ideal size. The picture and sound quality are excellent and it was very easy to setup.

Perfect size TV for kids room. If you allow your kids to have a TV in their room. The picture quality os good. And you can connect a Fire Stick or Roku to it as well.

Bought this product for my travel trailer. It is very light to move around from one location to another. Great picture, sound, and controls. Multiple inputs make it very versatile.

Quite satisfied with the resolution and clarity of the picture. Locating the settings takes time; it's not intuitive. The TV lives in an "entertainment center" cabinet from the CRT era and fits perfectly, though I had to DIY a shelf to raise it to eye level. The new Blu-Ray player and the set top converter fit nicely under my DIY shelf. The only feature I wish it had is an extra HDMI port for my 'phone/computer/tablet. The volume raises and lowers in very small increments. Not a feature I need, but some others might.

LG Flat Screen picture is Sharp & Bright... Sound is Great.. EZ Set Up.. Great price for a very hard to find 28" size.. Not too Small Not too Big for kitchen counter..

This TV is a basic TV No frills. It's what I needed in my office, and is the perfect size. Not a smart TV nor does it have 1080p resolution, but if you don't need this then the price is right. Since I have other TVs I can watch movies etc, thisTV fit my needs well. Also the sound is much better than other cheap TVs. LG is my main TV in the den, and I am very pleased with it's performance. This TV needs fine tuning over several months which I am in the process of doing. So far so good.

Picture is great, size is perfect sound is great, easy to turn on and off, found some new channels very happy with my purchase.

Easy connection for existing wireless remote streaming especially for someone who is technically challenged like me. "Price is Right" with great picture and simple to operate.

This TV has a bright and very clear picture. I am using it for a computer monitor and it makes use easier. It was priced reasonable and was easy to set up.

I bought this LG 28" tv for my bedroom. It is just the right size that I needed. It sits perfectly on furniture that i already had. I would give Best Buy an excellent rating for the purchase. I saw the LG 28" on display, but there was no stock, The staff member in the dept told me the item was available in the central warehouse and that he would order it for me. This was mid afternoon when the order was placed. The tv was delivered to my house the very next day. I consider that great service

Tv is good quality,I buy because I use for my PS3 and looks great for play games is small but great for old consoles games,720 to 1080p

Fits nicely on the kitchen counter, perfect picture and sound, disregard any negative reviews, none of those problems manifested on the one I received.
