Sound is terrible. Picture is ok cannot do anything about the audio since there is no option for bass or treble.

I came into pickup after ordering night before email said ready to be picked up! got there it wasnt had endure long wait! guess what I won't be waiting ever again! you lost a customer!

The thing came out of the box broken not very cool. So we took it back and have not had the time to come up with a better plan.

I asked the sales person for a small smart TV. I purchased this at his suggestion and returned it as it is not a smart TV

I would definitely stay away in buying this tv. The AC Cord does not detach from the back of the tv. Doesn’t include screws for wall mount

Ports stopped working about 2 years into use. Is everything disposable?

Unit was defective, screen half black, had to return, no more in stock.

tv has no CEC control. If it is no the BB web page for this TV, it's well hidden.

Did not realize this was not a Smart TV and had to exchange

Bought this one after initially considering 24" TVs for kitchen use. This turned out to be perfect for a spot just under the cabinet, exactly the right height (just under 17" tall). Very easy to set up with Roku Streaming Stick +. Great picture and sound. Wish I had replaced my old 19" with this earlier.

Great quality picture. Decent audio, considering the size. Works very well with a Roku streaming stick. I exchanged my smart Vizio TV, which was very glitchy, for this TV and the Roku, and the setup works very well. My one minor quibble is that the remote does not have a shortcut button for YouTube TV. I know TV companies have deals with streaming services to feature their service on the remote, but a customer-focused company would allow customers to customize their remotes to add shortcuts to often-used services or channels.

Four years old and still like new. Perfect for the bedroom, it has a very nice crisp picture, you can use HDMI cable or stream, set sleep timer, with MS Windows integrates with other devices, and a perfect size for tv stand or large dresser.

Easy to set up and has a great picture! I'd read a review that was critical of the "voice guide" feature, which I would agree is very annoying. Sounds like a low-cost robot adaptation. Thankfully, you can avoid it in the setup, or turn it off later. The only negative remark I have isn't so much with the TV, but moreso our sales person. We originally looked at a Sharp Roku smart TV, but the sales person convinced us this TV would deliver a better picture and it's smart interface would allow us the option of streaming all of our favorite content on it. Unless I'm totally missing something, he's way off base.........this model is not smart at all. So we'll have to run out and buy a Roku player now. So disappointed in the salesman.

Maybe some are going to want a bigger TV for their bedroom, but I'd think for the average person this fits the bill nicely. There was a time not so long ago that 26 inch flat screen TV's were rampant and everywhere. They've since become extinct a good number of years ago and now the closest most common size is a 24 inch. Which for me just isn't enough even for a bedroom TV. Meanwhile a 32 inch sits a little too close to the edges of my dresser for comfort. Enter a 28 inch TV. Somewhat of an odd & obscure size and certainly not one offered by many brands or stores. But so what? When one of the few companies that does make this size TV is LG it doesn't take much to know that it's the smart way to go. Especially as I have a personal liking for most LG products (most, not all, avoid their DVD players like the plague). Additionally this one is working out great, every bit as good as what I've come to expect from LG TV's. If you're looking for a nice medium sized bedroom TV at least pause and give real consideration to this, it's totally worth it.

My 28" LG LED HD TV is exactly what I was looking for-I was replacing a 27" Samsung in our Kitchen and had 30" of clearance-after looking at specs. for several weeks I determined that the dimensions of the LG would fit perfectly and it did.Set up was a breeze and it was ready that evening to try out on a football game-we have replaced 2 Samsungs and 1 Sony in the last yearand are happy with all 3 (we had no complaints with the older TV's but the picture quality has greatly improved the last 3 or 4 years) I would recommend the LG TV's anytime

My one problem with this is that the feet don't attach well. The screws don't seem to tighten up enough, or stay tightened. The tv is pitching forward and I'm afraid it's going to fall over. Anyone have any suggestions, maybe for some new kind of stand? (no wall mounting.)

I'm so glad I bought this TV, great picture, the sound could be a little louder. But other than that I am real satisfied with it.

perfect size and it does everything you need and want

Upscales to 1080p for PS4 . Sounds good. Good for people with disability's. Nice computer voice

This is a great little TV. Its nothing fancy and isn't a smart TV, but it suits our purpose. However, the loud voice prompts are a bit annoying. Since we have DirecTV we have to use their remote so I haven't been able to figure out how to disable the voice assistant. If anyone knows how to do that, please help!
