This is a great refrigerator! We have had it about a month. It is has a very large capacity. Initially I wasn’t sure the icemakers (there are 2) would do well but after a few days or so they started working really well. We love the extra door on the right side to reach in and grab juice, sodas, etc. There are adjustable shelves, selectable temp controls for the small drawer (great for deli type stuff for our needs), it’s bright with 3 interior fridge lights and excellent fit & finish. This was an open box item at Best Buy and an excellent value!
This is a BIG refrigerator - not counter depth so plan accordingly. When we had our house built 15 yrs ago we had a 4” offset put behind the refrigerator area and it was one of the best things we did!
The Geek Squad guys that delivered it were very careful, knowledgeable and friendly.
We have an LG TV also so we thought it would be a great product and we were right.

This fridge is very spacious! I found few features interesting that led me to buy this fridge. Very first one is the convertible drawer. I love the flexibility and the space of this drawer. I love that I can keep dairy products like cheese and butter separately. It is specious and I can fit some juice boxes of kids into it. Fridge has plenty of space to put the vegetables and Fruits. The main feature is the craft ice. I love this feature. The freezer is big and fairly easy to organize.

Love the overall size and two ice makers. The craft ice maker started off slow but after a couple of days the tray was full. The ice maker on the door keeps up and produces enough ice for the family. The only complaint that I have is that I wish the door storage was more.

It's BIG and Beautiful ! So much shelf and drawer space ! The Door-in-Door feature is great and we use it a lot. The InstaView feature is fun to use and show off to our friends ! It has two icemakers, one in the door and one in the bottom drawer that makes Craft Ice Balls. The top drawer can be a refrigerator or a freezer with the push of a botton with movable dividers. There are lots of bells and whistles that makes this the best refrigerator that we have ever owned ! We are extremely happy with our new refrigerator and will recommend it to other people.

Very happy so far, replaced a Samsung that continuously had issues with the ice maker. Had it repaired several times over 10 years and it never worked correctly. This LG seems to be much better as the ice makers is in the door.

We purchased this to replaced an 16 year old LG. It is very stylish. While it has a lot of storage capacity, the design lends itself to efficient use of the storage. The drawer that can be converted either to freezer or refrigerator use is a wonderful bonus.

Spacious. Quality. Functional. Middle drawer can be a fridge or freezer at your fingertips. Shelving made of glass. 2nd ice maker is in the freezer compartment and makes glass balls. Quiet. Love everything about this fridge.

Love this refrigerator! It's very spacious and looks lovely in our kitchen. I love that it makes ice balls. Just don't expect a lot of them to be made.

Love the look, the space and the quality of the product.
This refrigerator is truly print proof stainless steel. Very easy to keep it spotless clean.
The see through door is amazing and the fancy ice it makes on the lower freezer is very cool

The refrigerator receives many compliments. We love the functionality and design. It is easy to customize for changing needs. The cherry on the top is the craft ice, for those hot summer days.

We had issues with the old Samsung Refrigerator and chose this one to replace. Love the craft ice, the sneak door (that’s what we call it), and how much room it has. It is the same size as the old, but yet so much larger inside. The drawer can change to another freezer drawer if you need it to. So far so good!

Lots of space and retractable shelf which is convenient. Love the round ice maker. The knock knock feature is a bit overrated and unnecessary but overall love this refrigerator!

I am enjoying this refrigerator. It is deep and holds a lot. I wish there was more ability to adjust the shelves in the refrigerator as was in my previous model.

We looked at numerous refrigerators and decided on this one because it offered so much more. Plenty of space, love the ice and craft ice. The see through panel is cool allowing you to peek before you open it up. Classy look too!

After a couple weeks (we just recently unwrapped it and installed in a new home), my wife and I like it. Similar to a 4-drawer Samsung we had in the past we like the LG's ice (2 types) better though it takes longer to literally craft the craft ice. One negative is less space for taller items like mustard, ketchup, and seasoning bottles on the door and sides --- which we miss as the LG shelving has less options (no matter where you set the shelves) to utilize taller items due to the space taken up by the front inner door. So the design is a series of back and forth trade-offs, but all-in-all a nice refrigerator. Runs quiet.

I love this fridge when its working. Unfortunately it does not seem to do thet very often. when I tell you I dreamt about the convertable drawer, the ice cubes that are huge spheres and every time I passes it in the store i would give it a little *knock knock* on the glass to light up the window. It worked great for a few months, but multiple repairs from both best buy and LG later and now it just decides to melt all my ice cream and spoil my food if i look at it wrong for no reason. The ice maker also no longer works. Its been our ‘drink’ fridge for almost a year since it went out of warrany and everyone stopped helping us. Its like I threw the 4k i paid in the trash with all the spoiled meat and melted ice cream i had to toss. I have tried reaching out to LG multiple times, since they do have a pending lawsuit about this, last time they told me ‘good news! Your refrigerator seems to be working!’ As I was chatting with them about how all my frozen goods were melted again. We have two vissani apartment fridge/freezers we live out of now, they were $100 and they have never failed us. Just save yourself the trouble and get a more reliable fridge.

The LG 29.5 Cu. Ft 4-door French Door-in-Door has been a very good purchase. The shortened French door style is sufficient for the refrigerator section since it is much deeper than our 23 yr old full French door Kitchen Aid that we replaced. We use the middle drawer for cheeses and bread which leaves the freezer drawer perfect for the few items we freeze. We already have a full size freezer in the garage for longer term frozen storage. So far, this refrigerator passes our requirements. We especially love the custom ice balls. There are only two down sides. The first is that there is a temperature variation between the door-in-door section and the interior of the refrigerator. We finally found the temp (33 degrees which is the lowest possible setting) to set both so that the fluctuation stays higher than freezing and lower than 40 degrees.
The second issue is that all doors and drawers have to be purposefully closed. A partial push does not result in a grab and close. This last point was super minor and resolved after we learned to purposefully close everything. Overall it is a nice product.
