Best Buy the name of the store say it all My expiriance at Best Buy was smooth and painless it was the first time that I buy a mayor appliance in bust but I usually go to PC Richard’s for that. For the first time I took a chance and decided to purchase this mayor appliance in Best Buy a refrigerator , I was having second thoughts at first being that I always purchase just my phones and tablets or computers at Best Buy but the service was outstanding. They gave me discounts and the sales rep was excellent no complaints. Everything that he promise was exactly as it was delived. It was in time in my house the delivery and installation surpass PC Richard’s . From now on Best Buy is my go to place for any appliance

Very pleased with our new LG refrigerator. It is spacious, very functional, has multiple ice-making capabilities (cubed, crushed, and craft) and has a drawer that can serve as either a refrigerator or a freezer. Also enjoying the double-tap door window which allows you to see inside the refrigerator door compartment without opening the door. I wish this refrigerator had two dispensers, one for ice and another for water without having to go back to the door pad to select water or ice. My previous LG refrigerator had this option but I didn’t realize the importance until it wasn’t on the new one. Also, I wish the left-door trays were slightly larger to accommodate larger items. Still a great refrigerator.

Enjoying the roomy top french door-in-door LG frig. Very much like the middle drawer. Currently have it set to same temp as the top of the frig and use it for freqently accessed items like cheese and yogurt. Like that the freeze has a top section movable drawer also. The craft ice is fun.

It has great space and like the third drawer. I like the space that the French door provides.

Needed a new fridge so we decided to invest in the fridge we wanted. This beast has A LOT of space for food storage, you can move the shelves around a little for taller items and it makes fancy ice! The fruit and veggie drawers are very smooth along with the middle and freezer drawer. The fridge view on right side we thought was just a gimmick but have grown to really like being able to see in our fridge. The only downside we found was it's size and that it didn't fit through our front door, had to take around back and tear up our screened porch to get through double doors.

This model is the perfect size and has the features we were looking for. The Deli drawer is really important for my wife which uses a lot and she can completely separate the items from the main part of the refrigerator. The ICE Craft is a plus and nice to use for drinks.

I’ve had this item for three weeks now and I can finally give it a five star.. I was so excited about the craft ice and fairly new design upgrades, however here’s my experience.. the day we received it it took ALL day for the freezer section to get cold (fridge portion got cold quick within 2hrs) which was a cause for concern for my groceries that had already been sitting in coolers awaiting the new unit arrival. (Old fridge needed to be empty for them to take it and we were given a 4hr time frame for arrival) next the ice makers did not seem to be working, it took 3 days to fill the upper bin and the craft ice had only 3 balls (used ice plus option on day 2 and that’s all we got). (Filter in and water purged thru dispenser prior) I used an ice ball in my drink and it ruined it, after tasting the ice by itself it tasted like acetone (immediately discarded all), purged about 3 more gallons thru the dispenser to be sure before I contact the store or lg. After giving this expensive fridge another 2 days (due to its slow ice production) we had ice! Full door bin and about 12 balls in the bottom and they tasted like water! Yay! Finally we are happy with this fridge, hubby was ready to call the first day! Caution! be patient and you will not be disappointed, air filter not the easiest to remove but I’m only 5’3 and not very muscular lol.

If your looking for a efficient and storage space, this fridge is all you need. My family and I love this fridge. 3 different ice shapes, Smart device and keeps my food fresher longer. Looks amazing in our Kitchen. Absolutely a game changer. Quality Purchase.

Its very spacious and my wife loves the craft ice. I think the door could use more shelfs, but otherwise its great.

This is an awesome refrigerator. Lots of room with a multi-use drawer. If you like organization, this refrigerator has the space, and drawers to fit everything. We keep cheese, bacon, butter and a few extra drinks in the 4th drawer. Highly recommended.

Very good refrigerator. Plenty of room and shelf flexibility. Quiet. Still trying to figure out the craft ice making frequency, but they are nice!

This refrigerator has everything you would want from a refrigerator and more. The convertible drawer is really convenient. The Craft Ice is a hit with the kids and great for social events. It is huge. There is so much storage in the frig., converter draw and freezer drawers. This is the Mercedes Benz of refrigerators. It costs more than the average refrigerator, but there is nothing average about this refrigerator.

This fridge has all the cool bells and whistles and can hold so much more than our old one. I love it. What I didn't like was it took a month to get the order and the delivery crew that came and said they couldn't hook up the water to our existing connection because copper would void our warranty. However in the manual it doesn't say anything about that and even says what you need is a copper connection & gives instructions on how to connect to an existing line. So they left & took the connection kit that was listed as part of our order with them. My husband had to purchase one and complete the installation.

I love my new refrigerator especially the little door I keep my eggs, creamer, salad dressing, all the things that I have to take out quickly rather than opening the big doors and losing a lot of cold air and I can see you through the door so I can see where everything is at a glance and grab it fast. The inside is nice and roomy for all of our other essentials

I love the door in door design. So convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The icemaker is one of the best kept secrets. Never thought I’d be this excited about ice, but it does keep your drinks colder for a longer time as it doesn’t melt as fast. Can’t say enough about this fridge! Just get one and you won’t regret it.

I love my new refrigerator! I had one that was one of the 1st of this kind, but after 7 years had troubles with no ice and freezer quit freezing! Hopefully this one lasts longer! I do love all the space - I love the snack/deli drawer in the middle, and I love all the storage space in the big lower freezer!
