We love this refrigerator! It has a lot of space. My husband loves the craft ice maker. The ability to make the middle drawer a freezer or cold drawer is awesome! The door in door feature is very convenient. Highly recommend!

I bought this refrigerator to replace my Samsung refrigerator that was 11 years old and the ice maker and water in the door did not work. I have had this refrigerator for a little over a month and it works very well. The in-door cold area is very nice because I can get items out without having to open the entire refrigerator. The craft ice maker works very well and the freezer and refrigerator keep items at the temperature I have it set to. The only small issue I have run into is that that ice in the ice maker sometimes gets jammed up and I have to shake it to unjam it. A very easy process, but not what I expected from a new refrigerator. Additionally the in door ice maker is very small. These are the reasons I marked the rating down.

the product is top quality. love the extra door. Tap twice and the lite comes on. excellent 2 drawer. use it for cold foods. large freezer compartment. the 2nd freezer drawer is great for small sutff.

First new fridge in a number of years and we enjoy it. We were skeptic as we never had a french door fridge before but now love it. So much room that we are using our "spare" unit less as we are able to put most into this unit.

It's been a few months and we are pleased with the refrigerator. It took a bit to adjust to the interior being different, but we have room for everything. The door in door comes in really handy. We were a bit afraid the ice bin would be too small, but we don't have a problem running out of ice AND we are loving the craft ice.

This refrigerator has lots of room. I love the dual ice maker and after 48 hours you have ice. I really like the craft ice. The fridge has plenty of fancy features like it reminds you the door is open. You have five different settings to use the top drawer. Our old fridge was too small and this lets us store more food. Love the stainless steel and the instaview door-in-door.

I had a side by side refrigerator before purchasing this one and I hated it. It was so narrow and no space. Everything had to be stacked up and it was difficult getting anything out, especially if what you wanted was in the back. This refrigerator is very spacious which is great for us since we have a big family. It fits so much!! Not to mention, it's a beauty! This is one nice looking appliance. We have the black stainless and it wipes clean with a microfiber cloth. The door in door feature is great so my kids can grab items and not stand with the door open. I also love the convertible drawer. Right now we have cheese, juice boxes, and cans of sparkling water in it. It fits a lot and is so convenient. I love how if we need some extra freezer space we can have it with the touch of a button. So far, we love it! I will uldate my review if that changes.

A great refrigerator overall. I wish the Craft Ice would be made faster. Plenty of inside room. Love the double access door. Great for grabbing something quick from the fridge. Could use more shelf positions.

Highly satisfied with the more than ample room in both the refrigerator and freezer. Kids love the ice and wife loves the see through door. Everyone is happy!

Very happy with the product so far - about a month of usage. This thing is huge. My wife has ditched the idea of having a separate freezer! And it looks pretty gorgeous too. Easy to use and understand and connect with app. I am connecting everything LG with the app. Love the app functionality. after delivery I discovered some scrtaches on the front right - were not visible - called customer support and they did not argue or even ask for pictures - immediately issued with a refund that they thought was deserved. I agreed with the amount. I probbaly would have lived with the scratches any way not wanting to deal with the hassle of switching refrigerators but it was nice to see that they wanted to recompense me.

We love our refrigerator. It has plenty of room and is a gorgeous addition to the kitchen. The door in door feature is a favorite and everyone loves to see the craft ice. Best purchase we've ever made.

Had to WAIT for availability…glad we did. See through door and measurable water dispenser is very convenient with grandkids. The drawer that can be used is frig or freezer is nice. Love the craft ice. Unit fits better in space than previous frig with more storage. A lot of thought went into design.

Love the craft ice and the space. When looking at the models, i was not seeing a huge value in the window portion and really did not want that feature. HOWEVER now after using a bit--really like the feature.

Very quiet and attractive. The knock knock window is really rather useless, and has taken the place of the shelves that used to be located there. The rest of the fridge is spacious.

We bought this LG refrigerator from BestBuy last month. It has very good features that we need and we love this refrigerator. The insta view and craft ice feature are great and they work very well. It has been a month since we have it at home and it works very well. No issues found. I will definitely recommend this refrigerator.
