I love this fridge! Although, I think the "knock" feature is just a gimmick - we all thought it was cool when we saw it in the store, but when we actually bought the fridge, we never use it. The craft ice is nice, but takes a long time to make those nice big balls of ice. If you're having a cocktail party, plan on making that craft ice a week in advance (really!!!). Note that if you get the stainless steel model, you can use magnets on the front, but the non-stainless steel options will not support magnets (I'm noting this because we like to use magnets on our fridge). Overall, we like our purchase so far, but unfortunately nothing is made to last a long time anymore. Thus, I'm hoping I don't have to write a bad review on this model 3-5 years from now.

This is the best fridge I have ever owned. It did take 3 days before the fridge started making craft ice but once that started happening, super happy. No issues

The description explains it pretty well. A refrigerator that comes with ample space and a flexible drawer that becomes whatever you need it to be! Didn’t expect to use the flex drawer as much we have. That said the Craft Ice does take a few days to get up to full speed but the ice is perfect once it does!

So far it is a Great product. We love our new refrigerator.

Refrigerator is working great. Like the craft ice option and the knock to wake option (light to turn on) without having to open the door. Very spacious

This is the best and awesome refrigerator ever, craft ice, plant of space to fit a whole month of food for my family of four. Smooth looking and technology to assist every need. Has brought new life to the kitchen. We love this items, can't believe best buy sold it for a low price.

Pretty great! The cocktail ice thing is remarkably silly and way more fun than it should be. I also really like being able to just grab a ball of ice and not listen to the ice dispenser grind and crunch out ice. The shelving arrangements are decent. The quick access door does (justified or not) ease my worries about all of the cold air falling out as my children take their sweet time getting milk for their cereal. The knock on light up thing is kind of neat but ultimately not useful beyond showing other people. Basically one is only checking on the milk and can't see much else in the fridge.

It's a great refrigerator. The see through door is very useful and my 7 year old grandson loves using the pullout middle drawer. Using the outer door keeps everything inside the refrigerator very cold. Everyone enjoys the Craft icemaker.

This refridgerator has everything we were looking for. We a very pleased.

Love the craft ice maker. The beverages don't get eatered down so fast since the craft ice balls last so much longer than regular ice. Glass shelves are easy to clean. The filter is in the door instead of inside the refrigerator which gives more room on the too shelf. The exterior top drawer can be refrigerator or a freezer drawer. Very convenient. Nothing to disappoint with this refrigerator.

Nice refrigerator. Very spacious. Would recommend it. The craft ice balls are nice. Don’t expect a lot to be produced. It only produced 3-6 in 48 hours.

We love our refrigerator, it has lots of room, what stands out the most is the external snack drawer and the custom ice options for cocktails. We would highly recommend this refrigerator!!

Just recently purchased this as the 3rd new fridge. We bought the model below this one without draft ice and a couple other features and found out the bottom drawer did NOT have a light. After reading more we decided to go back to the 3 door version with craft ice, etc. That one the instavjew didn’t work properly and was humming a lot. Finally exchanged for this model and it has everything we could ask for. Very cold, great instaview, craft ice, great lighting. Would highly recommend.

The best fridge you can have. The space, technology it has and overall look it's worth what you are paying for. If I could give more stars for this product I would.

Large freezer and the programmable drawer is nice. Refrigerator inside is not as convenient with deep drawers that can get cluttered easily and no special place for meat unless you don’t use the middle drawer as a freezer. Ice maker has a hard time keeping up if there are a lot of users. The craft ice is ok, but another regular ice maker in the freezer would work better for us.

Absolutely amazing fridge works amazingly. My kids love the knocking feature to turn the door light on while the door is closed.

This is one amazing refrigerator!! Far exceeds my expectations. LG got this one right!!! Tons of space and many adjustments to fit anything and everything!!!!
