We’ve had a French Door and 2 drawer Samsung, but it repeatedly stopped cooling. This unit uses space more wisely and we love the front door feature for drinks!

Its the best refrigerator ever never had a problem with it

Refrigerator really is a great addition to our home. The finish is finger print resistance and easy to clean. The view window in the door is neat but not sure if its very useful. The option to turn the middle drawer into freezer or refrigerator option was the se;ling point for me.

So far so good! I love this fridge! The amount of space is absolutly perfect! Only thing i can say that is a negitive is that it takes like 24 hours to get 3 craft ice balls

The door on door feature, and the drawer that can be either freezer or refrigerator, make this the best refrigerator ever.

the refrigerator is beautiful and full of features, but we did have to have a tech come back because we had issues within days of being delivered. Not creating ice and then some of the drawers were not installed correctly.

Took almost a week for it it his fridge temperature. See-through door shelves are isolated and fan that is supposed to move chilled air into compartment is insufficient. Two digital thermometers verify temp in door compartment will not drop below 40 degrees. Do NOT store milk, cream, or other perishables in this compartment! We've had a BB service tech out, he spoke to LG, they do not have a fix or a plan. That's a LOT of storage space lost due to insufficient temperature.

Love everything about this refrigerator except the craft ice maker. It broke after only 2months. LG replaced it under warranty and now just 2 months later the second one has stopped working. Clearly a very poor design.

Refrig and set up was great. No so great (actually really bad) is your customer service. Call b/c I found the refrigerator at lower price at Home Depot. To date you have not adjusted the cost despite several calls.

This refrigerator is everything and more!!!More room than we actually need ....which is saying something ( there is 7-9 people living at our house at any time depending on where the schools are and where working on line occurs). Plenty of room.... plenty of ice. Great Refrigerator!!

Amazing refrigerator, I love functionality and all features it has. Great space and excellent capabilities for craft ice. Delivery and installation was first class is well. Best Buy really saves customers time by making it easy and simple. Thanks again.

I can not imagine that this refrigerator looks so modern and is very convenient . Beside the freezer and the refrigerator, there is another drawer can use even for both, you can set up the temperature as you want. It is also save a lot of energy. It is the best one I've ever seen.

I love this refrigerator. It’s spacious and I love that you can see inside of the refrigerator without opening the doors.

It is big and it makes craft ice. I didnt think i would care about the convertable drawer, but i actually really like it.

This was a rushed purchase because my refrigerator was destroyed in the recent storm. I am extremely please with this attractive addition to my kitchen.

The Fridge so far was a great investment, very roomy and I love the Craft ice feature.
