So far so good. Love the door in door, that was one of the main reasons I purchased this model. The delivery guys were ex excellent.

Ice could be clearer but it cools my drink so I won’t complain. There is some decent amount of noise when working but not bad. I love it otherwise!

Works well Baller ice is good. Plenty of Space. Just not owned long enough to say great. Seems less sturdy of a build but its a nice fridge.

Mine has been a complete nightmare. It broke down twice in less than two years, causing endless inconvenience, and the ice maker has never worked properly despite multiple repair attempts. For the price I paid, I expected far better reliability and performance. To make matters worse, dealing with Best Buy’s Total Tech membership has been just as frustrating. Even though I’m “covered” by the plan, I had to pay $100 upfront to schedule a technician—and the earliest appointment was over a week away! On top of that, there’s still a service fee just to have someone look at the refrigerator. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration by choosing a different brand and avoiding Total Tech altogether.
