The team was really respectful and was ready to answer any questions we had. Our product had been attempted to deliver over 6 times and we met alot of unprofessional people, but this team was the total opposite of that. They were really helpful.

It did have one moment where the ice got stuck and had to turn off the fridge for a day so it could thaw out the fan. Its been 3 weeks, no more issues.
