I truly hope this review saves a few customers from making the mistake of purchasing an LG refrigerator. Mine has been a complete nightmare. It broke down twice in less than two years, causing endless inconvenience, and the ice maker has never worked properly despite multiple repair attempts. For the price I paid, I expected far better reliability and performance. To make matters worse, dealing with Best Buy’s Total Tech membership has been just as frustrating. Even though I’m “covered” by the plan, I had to pay $100 upfront to schedule a technician—and the earliest appointment was over a week away! On top of that, there’s still a service fee just to have someone look at the refrigerator. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration by choosing a different brand and avoiding Total Tech altogether.

This is by far the coolest refrigerator! It makes the most perfect craft ice balls that my kids love! My kids also loooove to knock on the instaview door!

This is the "big dog" of LG refrigerators. Our old LG was the first generation of their refrigerators. It lasted 19 years. This new LG is amazing. The only change I would make is the Door in Door....I would add one more adjustable shelf...currently, there is only one...other than that....stunning piece of equipment and looking forward to another 19 years of service.

Very spacious, with a lot of options especially with the convertible zone. The craft ice function upgrades home entertainment to the next level.

Good refrigerator. Only issue we have seen so far is the left door gets slammed shut really hard while closing the doors if you are not holding the door while closing. This seems to happen because the door gets heavy as the ice maker is inside this left door. Once the ice gets filled up, the door gets real heavy. Takes a little retraining on door closing from what you might be used to. But until then make sure you consciously hold the door all the way while closing. Otherwise you will hear a loud slam. The right double door seems to be fine.

Love the look of the frig. Delievey and install as promised. Reason for choosing this model is, middle door feature allow different temp control.

Having it for 14 days now. It keeps food last longer. However I am not so sure why the temperature inside is not inconsistent according to the thermostat tester. Another issue is that it does not make craft ice. Probably the water pressure or the problem with the fridge. This fridge will be returned as for now but maybe there is a second chance to exchange.

everything works perfectly and is easy to clean, I own a catering company and needed a full size fridge to handle a large capacity tray. Perfect

Best fridge ever keep my food cold and nice feature !!

Love this fridge so far. But I warn against purchasing it through Best Buy. There installers are not "qualified to take the doors off". The installers left the fridge in the garage and if I never heard back from BB about getting it installed. I even went to the store. We finally took the doors off, brought it into the house, and installed it. It was not difficult and it did not take some special certification. I have heard other stories about this same product and same issue.

Love the size of this fridge. It is perfect for a family. The ice maker in the door sometimes clogs, but other than that I’ve had not issues.
