I truly hope this review saves a few customers from making the mistake of purchasing an LG refrigerator. Mine has been a complete nightmare. It broke down twice in less than two years, causing endless inconvenience, and the ice maker has never worked properly despite multiple repair attempts. For the price I paid, I expected far better reliability and performance. To make matters worse, dealing with Best Buy’s Total Tech membership has been just as frustrating. Even though I’m “covered” by the plan, I had to pay $100 upfront to schedule a technician—and the earliest appointment was over a week away! On top of that, there’s still a service fee just to have someone look at the refrigerator. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration by choosing a different brand and avoiding Total Tech altogether.

very easy to connect lots of space. The lighting is excellent. I even got an extra year of warranty coverage from LG. EXCELLENT.

This is the first time I purchase an LG. I am not happy. I feel so cheated. We had a Whirlpool refidge and it went bad. We liked the new, sleek and modern feel of the LG and it was the right price and available. Beside my better judgement I purchased this fridge. Needless to say I am underwhelmed and disappointed. This fridge is all hype. The peek a boo door is a joke. No purpose but laziness. The converter drawer is the coolest thing on this fridge. I have not seen those craft ice balls so... We have had this refrigerator for about 3 to 4 months now and I HATE it and very rarely use that word. My older fridge dispensed the water on its own, this one is such a waste of time. So so disappointed. We will never purchase LG again just due to that. So fancy to offer nothing really.

Everything you can want in a refrigerator. Huge interior, and add-ons. The best feature is the craft ice-cubes

Great space. Adjustable shelfs allow you to fit space to your needs. Only disappointment is craft ice has top cut off.

After 7 months I’m happy to note that we have not had any issues with this fridge. Will keep adding to this post

We absolutely love our refrigerator. The size is amazing and holds all of our stuff. My lady loves the craft ice.

Love it, however would like to give it a 4.5 because I have one issue. The spacing of the shelves are not user friendly. If you adjust one shelf to accommodate taller items like water bottles, the shelf below is so short that only a few items will fit.
