First, this fridge is huge. We had to have a temporary 22.5cu while waiting for this to be in (Thanks Corona). When it arrived they had to dismantle the doors to get this in the house safely and it was exactly 7" inches deeper that the smaller one. It does stick out from our counter and we weighed the options. The 22.5 just doesn't seem to hold that much. It was worth it for us to lose a little aesthetics to gain the valuable space for a family of 6. Our salesman put in a way to under stand. The extra space in this vs the 22.5 equals 7 full plastic grocery bags. That made all the difference. The middle drawer being optional as a refrigerated or freezer space is a nice bonus and the craft ice, well, lets just say it's pretty awesome but they only make 3 clear cubes a day.

Love the new LG refrigerator has everything we needed space and all the features and looks and works great, had a LG refrigerator before this for 12 years it went out so I had no problems going to get another one..

This refrigerator after having it for 1 month is excellent both in easy access storage capacity & temperature of all the compartments; the glass quick access door is so convenient to use, and the convertible drawer is surprisingly the most conveniently option using it for 38 degree items now. the ice balls are so effective in all drinks - keeping cold & no watered down beverages!

Replaced our counter depth fridge with this one and so happy withbit. It doesnt feel like it takes up that much more space than pur old fridge hut there is so much room on the inside. The flex door is fantastic and we’ve leveraged it for snacks for our kids. My kids love the craft ice for their drinks and knocking on the door to see whats in the fridge. So happy with put purchase.

I love the door-in-door for easy access to frequently used items. The shelves in the door- in- door compartment are movable to meet my needs. The ability to knock on the glass to turn on the light helps me see what’s there so I know if something needs replacing. The shelves in the main compartment are also movable. The Flex drawer has lots of room for deli items, drinks, or I can set it as a freezer, though the main freezer has lots or room. The craft ice (balls) are a neat feature but do melt faster than what bars and restaurants use. The ThinQ connected app helps me manage features. I’m really happy with this fridge!

Upgraded from a Samsung and couldn't be happier. The craft ice maker is great and love the layout which maximizes storage space.

This refrigerator is a game changer. The space well, can’t ask for more. I can put about anything in it and still have enough to store large items like hams, turkeys and roasts. I have friends coming over begging to see the craft ice and always going home with a sack full. This refrigerator is an investment for sure and can be VERY costly to repair. I highly suggest purchasing the warranty in case something goes out. It’s a highly technical appliance and some home warranty companies won’t even touch them. All in all, I highly recommend the refrigerator and am happy that I chose the black stainless to go with my new kitchen. You won’t be disappointed.

Originally ordered this model from another retailer, but was told the day before delivery that it was now on back order for 6 weeks. Found the same model at Best Buy the next day and had it delivered and installed 3 days later. Huge space inside, versatile middle drawer (go from extra freezer space to just cool enough to chill wine), and craft ice balls in the bottom freezer. No regrets on this purchase.

Its been great. I love the flex drawer. It very roomy ad easy to use.

I love my fridge. I like the see through door and I like the light coming on when you tap the glass. I like that I can open the side door without opening the fridge door. I like the center pull out tray has the option to set different temp for deli meat or drinks or another freezer. I really like the ice maker fr the cubed ice and crushed ice and craft ice. The craft ice is neat. I like everything about it. It's a real nice fridge.

Big price tag, but you get plenty of space and features with it. My first unit didn't get cold enough. I measured the temperature first thing in the morning with my heat gun, and it was off by 8 degrees. WiFi is cool for diagnostics and monitoring performance and metrics. Love the ice balls and the amount of space available. The compartments are nice and well thought out. The dynamic storage in the middle is great for drinks, cheeses, and deli stuff. My ice cream no longer suffers from freezer burn. My strawberries and fruits last longer. All in all, this is the best fridge in my budget for a family of four!

Best fridge ever! I had to get it twice!! Excellent use of space with lots of variety. The kraft ice is an upgrade from my first one, and i like it. Finally, a water line that doesn't drip.

I am in LOVE with this frig. SO much room, and we use the door for easy access to drinks and things we regularly need. It is so helpful. The craft ice is a bonus and the fact we can switch the drawer when we need to is awesome.

Review is more about Best Buy customer service than the product, but I do love the design and features. Purchased from the outlet store. Was still in new packaging, perfect condition. When it was delivered, it had 5 dents on two of the four doors. Best Buy replaced the two doors, no questions. The delivery was also exceptional. It was too big to fit through our entry door. They had to remove all the doors to make it fit. They were very patient and gracious. Good job Best Buy.

Awesome fridge only problem we had is it kept tripping an error code that was inherent to that fridge Best buy came out promptly repaired it replaced item that was bad without any charge Love this fridge from the doors to the interior to the designer ice cubes and also makes regular ice cubes at the same time would definitely buy another one for my summer home

Very spacious and functional. Freezers have sections that can be used for various purposes and have enough capacity. Fancy ice maker and see through refrigerator door is a plus.

The first thing you'll notice, is that this refrigerator is HUGE! When we first installed it, and moved all of our food from the old fridge to this one, it looked empty! The InstaView (or "Knock Knock" as we call it) is more useful than we initially thought. Being able to see how much milk we have when walking by has been handy. Mostly though, it just looks nice. Rather than having bare metal, you now have glass that gives the refrigerator more eye-candy. Initially, the BestBuy installers had installed the water filter incorrectly. This resulted in the water tasting like plastic for over a week. After being fed up with it, I did my own research. Turns out, they didn't screw in the filter all the way. Once I screwed it in all the way, the taste was gone IMMEDIATELY! My only gripe with it, is that the water doesn't come out even slightly cold, so your're forced to use the ice, which is annoying. Other than that, this behemoth is amazing!

We Love The the LG Fridge! It has a lot of room. The beverage door with double tap is very nice. The water comes out with a nice speed. And we love the round ice too.
