Awesome fridge only problem we had is it kept tripping an error code that was inherent to that fridge Best buy came out promptly repaired it replaced item that was bad without any charge Love this fridge from the doors to the interior to the designer ice cubes and also makes regular ice cubes at the same time would definitely buy another one for my summer home

Certainly an upgrade compared to most fridges. Ice makers take up more space than anticipated. Clear ices is like 90$ clear but not totally. Can't keep too many tall items (milk 2 liter containers) unless you make the top shelve very high or remove it.

I had the 3 door version of the refrigerator for that I had purchased almost 5 years ago. Unfortunately, it developed a coolant leak behind the refrigerator compartment that wasn't repairable. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty so Best Buy credited my purchase price back to replace it. Unfortunately, the 3 door model was unavailable as were any of the larger capacity units in stainless. I chose this refrigerator but had to get it in black stainless. Thank goodness my countertops are black as well as the top of my stove and the windows on my stove and microwave. That, coupled with it not being right next to the other appliances helps to make it look not so out of place. It is beautiful though. The cord doesn't come off the back of the unit. It comes off the top, right behind the left refrigerator door. Though it is the same capacity as my old unit, this one is about 2 inches deeper and 1.5 inches taller. It fits under my cabinet but doesn't leave enough room to run the cord over the top. Thankfully, I was able to hook it over the back corner of the refrigerator. I'm short but you can see the cord over the top when you stand back. It is suoer quiet when it runs too. The water pressure on this unit is much stronger than on any if my previous models. This is nice because your glass will fill up faster. The control panel offers the ability to preset the amount of water you want dispensed: 4, 8,16 or 32 ounces. The opening for the dispenser is nice and wide so it is easy to fit your cup or a pitcher. You can lock the dispenser and the on/off for the open door alarm and Wi-Fi connection are on the panel as well. There is not a removable drip tray but I'm ok with that. The removable tray would get stuck with the buildup of calcium from the water. You can just wipe this clean. You have the option of crushed or cubed ice. It makes up to 3.8 lbs of ice oer day. You can choose the Ice Plus option, which drops the freezer temperature so the ice being made freezes faster. This is helpful when you have a lot of people that use ice and they use it all. The Craft Ice is a neat feature. It makes golf ball sized round ice, which melts slower in your drinks. The default is set to make 3 balls oer day but there is an option to increase that to 6 balls. You can do this through the app and also on the control panel. The other thing to remember is that the bin for the Craft Ice takes up space in your freezer. You can remove it if you need the space. There are only 2 drawers for storage in the freezer; the main drawers and a smaller upper drawer (where the Craft Ice is dispensed). My old unit had 3 drawers but things always seemed to get stuck in the middle drawer so we won't miss that. Ther is a movable divider in the main drawer so you can divide the drawer for organizing your frozen foods. The meat drawer that used to be inside the refrigerator is now a separate door. You can also choose the temperature you want it at using a control panel inside the refrigerator. There are several different refrigerator temperature options for different foods or drinks. But a big plus is that you can drop the temperature to make it a freezer drawer. There are also movable dividers to help you organize your food. The refrigerator is layed out different from my older model. They have gotten rid of the 3 "produce" drawers and made it be 2 drawers. The 3 drawers resulted in the smallest one being too small for most produce and the other 2 were on the small side as well. The 2 drawers in this unit are nice and roomy. I think they are taller too. There are three levels of shelves. They are adjustable but the positions you can move them to make the middle shelf basically unusable, except for something flat. My other refrigerator had way more shelf room. This one has very little considering this is a super capacity unit. One of the shelves does have a front section that slides back for taller items but that means you lose the storage of the front if the shelf above it. I think part of the reason there is less shelf height may be that the "produce" drawers might be taller. But there is more room on the bottom of the refrigerator section to set things when you have to remove them to get to other things. In mynokd fridge, there wasn't that much room and I had things fall off and break. The storage in the left door is not as deep as my previous refrigerator. You can put condiment bottles in the middle shelf but the top and bottom shelf aren't deep enough. I was able to put a small bottle of Real Lemon and a small, tall and narrow relish jar in them. The storage in right door is about the same as my old refrigerator. The middle shelf height is now adjustable, which is a great feature. And the interior door that is on the back/inside of the shelves is now magnetic instead of a push in to release mechanism. This is much better. Before, if it hit something on a shelf in the main section, it would pop open. If you didn't realize it and went to shut the door, you could have broken it off. The water filter is in the lefthand door, behind the bottom shelf. In the older models, the filter was in the top of the unit. It not only took uo space and prevented you from putting tall items there, but it was hard for my 5'4" self to reach it to change the filter. The Wi-Fi connection for the app is greatly improved. The app allows you to enable Ice Plus, increase the production of Craft Ice and run diagnostics on the refrigerator. There are also several other features. All in all, this is a beautiful refrigerator. The shelving layout causes some issues but they are workable.

We Love The the LG Fridge! It has a lot of room. The beverage door with double tap is very nice. The water comes out with a nice speed. And we love the round ice too.

Absolutely love this fridge so far. Its a great design with every feature you could want. The small window is a great convenience and the craft ice is a cool feature I didn't even know I wanted until I had it. The compact ice maker on the left door also allows for so much room in this fridge. We moved everything from our old side by side fridge and then some and still have plenty of room.

Best fridge ever! I had to get it twice!! Excellent use of space with lots of variety. The kraft ice is an upgrade from my first one, and i like it. Finally, a water line that doesn't drip.

A very large fridge and freezer (with a middle drawer), works like a charm. Lots of visibility as to what's in the refrigerator. Also, with wifi you can control the ice maker, temperature, etc. via the LG app. Also runs very quiet.

So I have a big family and I always felt I was at the grocery store picking something up because I didn’t have enough room in my refrigerator to do a full grocery. This refrigerator is huge!! I love that you can look in the refrigerator without opening it, there is playoff space in the refrigerator and the freezer and the craft ice is pretty cool too!! I’m super happy with my purchase.

We are very impressed with this unit so far. It is bigger on the inside than it looks just like the TARDIS. The craft ice is super handy for entertaining, and the flex drawer has plenty of space making it super convenient for those daily use items. The unit itself is so quiet I can't even tell it is running

Very pleased with the new LG. The space efficiency takes things to a new level. Very efficient configuration. The door in door feature is very handy for items you access on a regular basis and the freezer compartment is cavernous. Also, can’t say enough regarding the Best Buy sales and service team. They made things right when the craft ice maker failed to operate.

Its been great. I love the flex drawer. It very roomy ad easy to use.

We love this refrigerator. Solid feel, plenty of room, easy access , works great. Love the features. Didn’t think I would like the extra features but I was wrong.

This is my second LG fridge! My secondary fridge (not the LG) broke, so bought this one and moved the not so old LG as secondary. The fridge is very well designed and has tons of room. The middle drawer (which the previous LG did not have) is really useful and allows you to use it as a fridge or a freezer. We keep frequently used items (similar to how we use the the glass door) and this keeps you from opening the main fridge too much. The surprise feature we like is the specialty ice balls that it makes (separately from normal ice) - we've really enjoyed using them and somehow they seem to make drinks taste better (may be mental, but still nice!). Only negative I can think of is that the interior lighting takes longer than I would like to get up to full, thus you really notice the lighting effect. So not a big deal. Also, the door dispenser uses same button for water and ice, thus you have to be careful to see what it is set to before using. The previous LG had separate button for ice and water - I think this was a bit easier. Again, very minor. Overall a great fridge and best buy had a good price on it.

We read tons of reviews and personal experiences with modern refrigerators. They all seem to have the same issues which is the ice makes leaking or not making ice properly. I can say after 9 months of using this LG everyday, its been great. No leaks, no weird ice, nothing. just works well. I will say that the shelving is not very clever. not really adjustable at all and the door storage is not so great either. so a lot of your normal door stuff and condiments sit on the shelf which is never organized and messy. The extra "meat and cheese" draw is a great feature and is a must have. The over all storage is OMEGA. The freezer is deep the main fridge is gigantic and you will have to monitor your food and drinks or they will get pushed to the back and forgotten. The door in door is fantastic but the touch to see in is a gimmick at best. Huge Refrigerator could have gone to a smaller unit.

Our LG - 29.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with InstaView Door-in-Door and Craft Ice - Stainless steel is the best refrigerator that we have ever had. The ice maker works flawlessly. The unit is quiet. And we love all of the features that this product provides.

I love this refrigerator. It has amazing capacity, a sleek design and bersitile functionality, in particular with the middle flex drawer. The installation service was excellent, on time, and done with utmost professionalism and care for our property.

Our new LG arrived and the delivery team did an amazing job. Knowing the weight of this refrigerator I was concerned of them setting it down on our Harwood floors, rolling it and it leaving indentations. Nope, they were a head of the game, by using a large vinyl sheet to use between the fridge and floor, when setting it down. Also, I found when moving this heavy fridge, it rolls much easier than expected. We expected to get used to the change, going from a side by side to this French door style. What we’re finding is that there isn’t any perfect fridge. Side by sides are narrow and food still gets piled on. The French door style freezer is designed to pile on. My opinion, either fridge isn’t perfect and you’ll get used to it. The LG is Large and bright. Just a few items that we’re not used to. There is a very few sizable shelves on the door that we used for condiments. These are narrower and hold less than half the amount. That mean they will go into the shelves. The shelves has only one adjustable tray that you can convert down to allow large bottles. I wish they had two trays, giving you the option. The top tray is a bit narrow and because it’s such a big refrigerator food can slide far back and out of reach. Unless you’re exceptionally tall. The ice craft maker didn’t make its first ice till 48 hours, after installation, be sure to have your freezer set to -4 or colder. Then each cycle is taking 20-24 hours to make 3 ice craft balls. They are pretty cool (pun intended). Our old GE side by side had the outside little door to access milk or some other drinks. We always used it. This new LGs outside access door is huge and we love it. It holds more products, opens so easily and quiet, and there’s an adjustable tray inside too. Overall, great refrigerator. It’s big, bright, has many features. It’s not perfect and we’ll get used to the differences. It’s still early, but given the choice, I’d get it again.

We did a lot of research and finally settled on this LG refrigerator. It's well built, has lots of space, great features and looks fantastic! We got a very good deal thanks to the 4th of July sale, and the BB sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the purchase and scheduling the delivery.

Weive this refrigerator freezer combo. The see tbrough split door is aweaome. Holds a ton of food for the kids and family. The icemaker is great and .. just gotta say it... Wait for it.... Im a baller.... Love the ball ice and the regular ice. Love the separate drawers.
