    I was exited to receive my new refrigerator; however, with in the first 24 hours, the refrigerator has a beeping sound every 2 minutes or less. This maybe due to installation or defective system. Reached out to the Geek Sqad team. Hoping for a new replacement.

    I bought this in July 2023 and the fan has already gone out. Trying to get the LG tech out was a nightmare he couldnt fix it, the craft ice and regular ice does not work keep getting the FFE code its very frustrating that I spent alot of money on all new LG Thin Q appliances at Best Buy and they knew that this particular fridge was having these issues and I found out there is a lawsuit.

    Poor delivery experience

    So far a poor experience, fridge arrived with a dent, no other options offered by BBY at the time of delivery. A new delivery scheduled for a week later between 7am to 7pm! My credit card already charged and no fridge yet…

    Only a few weeks old but love everything about it so far. Large capacity, craft ice, door-in-door (a lot more useful than I anticipated). I did get the warranty as compressor lifetime is a concern.

    Although this refrigerator had to have the doors removed to get it in my house the two delivery men knew what they were doing and performed the whole job without issue. To date this refrigerator has performed as advertised and has plenty of space. So far I rate it as Excellent!

    This refrigerator is very nice. Super spacious and a great use of space. If I had one negative comment it would be the lighting. The inside of the fridge is partially gray. That cuts down on the lighting inside. But overall, I would buy this fridge again. We love the craft ice!!

    We love it, especially the center drawer. Our old fridge you had to open the French doors to access it. Ice maker works well and the additional large ice cubes are a nice touch to some drinks. Also the fingerprint free stainless steel keeps it looking great all the time

    Great refrigerator, when it works. Had ours about 4 years, and it’s stopped working multiple times. Kiss a couple hundred dollars of food goodbye each time the “board” or compressor fails. Figured our 5-year Geek Squad coverage would save the day, but Best Buy said they stopped servicing them on July 15th, about 2 weeks ago. Contacting the LG overseas call center has been a series of bad connections and language-barrier issues, and I’m accustomed to working with people from India. Some of wife’s medications require refrigeration, so we’ve ordered a Samsung from another retailer. I’m disappointed with Best Buy’s customer service and LG’s refrigerator.

    Decent refrigerator, for this decade. Works as it should, plenty of room, doesn't show fingerprints...the craft ice is nice when it works but I have replaced the craft ice maker twice now. Get the warranty.

    Biggest piece of junk I ever bought

    Have had this fridge for about 20 months and for the past 12 it has not worked properly. I have contacted LG no fewer then 50 times and have had techs work on it no less then 10 times and still nothing. Their service is terrible and they try to wear you out and hopefully go away. I told them they can keep wasting their money on sending parts & paying these techs to come out. I have a 16 year old back up in my garage that I will continue to use till this gets resolved no matter how long and how many phone calls it takes. Again, biggest piece of JUNK, stay away from LG Appliances....RUN!!!
