    Broke in 4 months. 6 weeks waiting for repair

    Refrigerator delivered in November 2020. Stopped cooling on March 27, 2021. LG told me they are completely unable to service the refrigerators with the newer R600 refrigerant (listed on the inside label). I have been patient, but service response is laughable. I had to purchase a used refrigerator which I keep in my basement as a backup while waiting for the LG response. For the 4 months it worked, the features are ok. We liked the extra drawer. However the round craft ice are only 3/4 complete with a flat top so that feature is not worth the money. The LG wifi is also not worth the money. Three weeks after the ice and ice cream melted, it sent me a wifi message that my refrigerator had a high temperature. Don't take the risk of an LG.

    Horrible Products and even worse customer support

    I would not reccomend your products to anyome. $4000 refridgerator broken after 18 months. LG plays games long enough to let warrenty expire, then you are screwed. If you bought any LG Thinq products, please post your experience here. My refridgerator keeps getting FF E code after constant resets. lost $thounsands of dollars in food. LG just want to sell you BS warrantys and does not stand behing their crappy products.

    LG Refrigerator sucks and Best Buy is worse.

    This refrigerator is less than three years old. It has two ice makers, both of which have been replaced. The daily use twice, the craft ice maker twice, and it's not working again. The last time it was replaced was 1/14/25. BB says it is out of warranty, by 10 days, and they will charge me to replace it. The freezer also quit, and I had to replace a board. Katie, the customer service manager, refused to help. I cancelled my Total membership, it is worthless. Don't buy LG refrigerator and don't shop Best Buy.

    One month after purchase unit temp became erratic (0 to 35 freezer and 37 to 53 fridge). After 1.5 months of trying to fix it LG said they couldn't. Now waiting 3 months for warranty replacement and still no fridge!

    Think twice about spending this amount of money

    This refrigerator was expensive and have had issue after issue after issue with the water/ice dispenser. The shelves did not line up equally so the craftsmanship and quality is not there. I had to turn off the ice machine and it is still malfunctioning. Very disappointed with my purchase.

    Have this refrigerator and its only three years old. They have replaced the compressor, the back freezer panel, ice maker, you name it its been replaced except exterior. Do mot buy this unit! Its pretty but, not worth the hassle.

    I bought this refrigerator 2 1/2 years ago. at one point it just quit working then the next day it just started itself. Then just recently for no reason it quit completely. Been struggeling to get it fixed for over 5 weeks now. Will NEVER buy another LG refrigerator. All their other appliances have been awesome. Bought it because it looked nice and was huge and wanted all my appliances to match. Big mistake.

    It all started out really good nice refrigerator and everything well a year went by and it has quit. Contacted the LG people. They said that they were sending somebody out but never did come to find out these refrigerators had recalls on them for the compressor.

    The compressor goes out to quick.....

    I love the looks and the layout of all the storage trays ....but it's all useless when food spoils because compressor goes out....got it in 2016 and had to replace compressor 2 times once under warranty second out of pocket......and guess what compressor is shot for the 3rd time .....save your self some stress and get the $800 top freezer fridge with no water dispenser or ice maker because that also went bad in our LG

    Temperature not low enough!

    Compressor died 11 months old. Took 6 months to get a food allowance. Refrigerator Will NOT go below 40° Now out of warranty and this fridge sucks! Beware of LG products!
