The refrigerator works great. Worried some about icemaker orior to purchase due to problems with previous LG refrigerator icemaker. So far I have been totally satisfied with performance of al ice maker features including the craft ice.

My wife and I purchased this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. We are adjusting to the refrigerator. The door open nicely, The shelves are easily adjusted, cooling seems to be working fine. I find no fault in our purchase. Highly recommend,

Food stays fresher than older fridge. Love the beverage door, just odd amount of cans be bottles. Water dispenser with ounces is awesome. Cubed ice started quickly. Only gripe is craft ice took longer than expected, written. States 24-48 hours, took about 72-96 hours for 1st batch, then have consistent batches, still not 100% clear balls, but very nice otherwise. Satisfied with purchase, hopefully it lasts a long time. Capacity design a little bit the greatest, very tiny things can fit in door storage only, which is nothing that is used frequently, so have to use more shelf space for condiments, etc. But makes me focus on keeping fridge cleaned out more.

Refrigerator is up and running. It appears to be OK, and to this point all is well.

This one replaces an older version of what we had. So far it’s seems great. Just having to get adjusted to some changes made over the years.

This fridge slaps. Best layout, best storage and just the freakin best. If you have the space just stop looking and buy this one.

The refrigerator is great. The customer service was a horrible experience. They couldn't find my purchase in there system to close the sale. There was damage to the front lower door. When I called to get service they couldn't schedule it in the system so someone would call to schedule but never did. I was finally able to figure out why the ice/water panel wasn't working, I went into the store to cancel my service request and was informed there wasn't one, so no one was ever going to call me to schedule a service call.

Good so far . Much better than the SAMSUNG that we had before. I like the large craft ice cubes as well as the second drawer for drinks and other things like cheese as well. Water is tastes better as well.

We were in need of a new refrigerator and after exploring the variety of options, we made, what we believe was an excellent choice.

Its been a month, and I love this fridge. Great space. Looks stylish inside and out. The craft ice is doesn't seem to last as long as it seems to be advertised, but they are fun.

Love the features of this refrigerator if it only kept food cold. This was working for 1 month then I noticed the floor was wet because the ice in the ice maker was melting. The food in the freezer had thawed and inside the fridge was not very cold. It started cooling again after I reset the power but I put a thermometer inside and it never would cool below 40 degrees. Best Buy support replaced it with another one and this one never would cool below 40 degrees from day one, and the freezer would only get to 20 degrees. I checked accuracy of the thermometer by putting 2 more thermometers in and they all were the same within a degree or two. We lost probably over $400 worth of food. This time we had it replaced with another brand which we’ve had for nearly 2 months now and it’s working great so far. Thank goodness for Best Buy support. Their support was superb!

Temperature control is on point.. fruits and veges last longer compare to my old refrigerator… spacious.. wifi? pretty awesome.. ice making? phenomenal…
