This is one amazing refrigerator!! Far exceeds my expectations. LG got this one right!!! Tons of space and many adjustments to fit anything and everything!!!!

We love our refrigerator, it has lots of room, what stands out the most is the external snack drawer and the custom ice options for cocktails. We would highly recommend this refrigerator!!

We love our new refrigerator. Especially the craft ice. There is so much room for everything.

It's a great refrigerator. The see through door is very useful and my 7 year old grandson loves using the pullout middle drawer. Using the outer door keeps everything inside the refrigerator very cold. Everyone enjoys the Craft icemaker.

I am very upset with Best Buy! We scheduled delivery for Friday, April 4th including the costs for delivery, installation and haul away over 3 1/2 weeks ago and there was no reason for it being rescheduled noted. We paid good money for the on time delivery and we received NO phone calls from anyone regarding any delays. Suddenly, the afternoon before delivery, we received a email notifying us that someone had canceled our April 4th delivery, making NO attempt to contact us by phone regarding our urgent need. We have been without a refrigerator now for well over 3 1/2 weeks and was depending on Best Buy to insure the on time delivery. Even though we made every effort to make sure we were ready and were told they have the refrigerator in their possession, the delivery service suddenly (the afternoon before delivery) decided to make us wait an additional week (Friday, April 11th) for their delivery without any explanation. I called Best Buy and expressed our dismay. The Escalation Department did finally call me while I was writing this review and I expressed our need and urgency to them. The Escalation Department is supposed to call us back again tomorrow to see if they can get the refrigerator delivered to us any sooner. Perhaps they should muster greater control over their delivery service department. All we can do now is wait and keep our fingers crossed.

Purchased this in Nov 2020. It's had one failure that was resolved, the second is a complete failure of the " closed system" a.k.a compressor. LG has not repaired it to date, it's been 10 days and noone has looked at it, and they cannot find anyone to repair it yet. A google search will show you there are large amounts of compressor failures. We lost $400 worth of food, and still have no proof that its going to get fixed anytime soon. Its under warranty for 5 years supposedly. We want our $3,603 back. Stay away from this manufacturer.

Great product, makes lots of ice. Delivery and setup went well. Lots of room to adust shelves. Very quiet.

Just recently purchased this as the 3rd new fridge. We bought the model below this one without draft ice and a couple other features and found out the bottom drawer did NOT have a light. After reading more we decided to go back to the 3 door version with craft ice, etc. That one the instavjew didn’t work properly and was humming a lot. Finally exchanged for this model and it has everything we could ask for. Very cold, great instaview, craft ice, great lighting. Would highly recommend.

Great Fridge! With glass door, ice maker, and craft ice!!! Also a lot of room. in fridge and freezer. Very pleased with my purchase!!!

I love it so far. I love the fact that you can make the middle draw either a freezer or part of the fridge also love the ice options and craft ice. The looking in when you tap the door is very convenient. I would recommend it to everyone.

I upgraded to this LG Refrigerator as I couldn't get parts for my 5 yr old Kitchenaid :<( This refrigerator is great looking, the instaView door is an awesome feature and the Craft Ice is the bomb. I get nothing but compliments over this Refrigerator....

Call a wonderful, awesome refrigerator. It’s very large and hard to get into the doors but the delivery crew were awesome and we were able to take it apart and get it ready to the kitchen. This is huge refrigerator and lot of room for storage. It brought elegance to our new home. Craft ice, front door display are my favorite. Lot to explore. BestBuy person installed in my kitchen and did a great job. Thanks BestBuy.

The fridge is huge and sleek looking. The craft ice option is nice, but the big selling feature I enjoy is the space and the ability to convert the middle drawer to extra freezer/fridge space. 1 month in to having this fridge and I am not looking back.

By far the best refrigerator ive ever owned. It's spacious, comoartamental, and the tech integrated into this fridge is amazing and the settings are awesome. The round ice cubes are a cool little plus!

This refrigerator has been great. Everything works as advertised with no issues. Was delivered and installed. Both ice makers function with no unforeseen issues. Maintenance appears to be very easy. Good features included with the Android app. As long as this product offers reliability, I consider the purchase to be an overall win. Significantly discounted when purchased.

It’s been 12 years since we upgraded our refrigerator. We decided to go with this model mainly because of the interior size. We were blown away by how much space exists in this refrigerator and freezer combination. We were worried as we previously had two fridges inside, the second for overflow. We no longer have that issue and use the second as a drink fridge. The full conversion drawer has worked very well for us and a huge selling point. We use it as a deli drawer for now. The ice machine is tiny so keep that in mind if you entertain. The craft ice is a huge plus as as I’m a bourbon connoisseur. There was a recent update to the app which now allows you to make six craft ice balls in 24 hours. Previously the maximum was three. The only difference is the clarity of the ice lessons when you select six. Overall we are very pleased with the fridge.
