Believe what the reviews say about the craft ice maker, though! Less than one year and it DOES NOT WORK. Wasted space in the freezer, too, as the components take up a shoebox sized space that is now just dead. Also, this is only a comment on Best Buy's delivery, but the middle drawer was dropped and dented on the way into my house (gouged my porch as well!) and since they couldn't replace only the drawer, they said in a few weeks I could get a replacement fridge. For me, not worth the hassle of unloading and doing it all over again (especially since this is the second fridge in a month, as a previous Samsung model had to be returned for not working from the start). I've been through the ringer with fridges, but this one is decent enough. Wish the craft ice worked.

Is fixed now, i like it i guess it was my turn to get a defective one.
