Love this refrigerator. Had one problem with ice machine

We bought this refrigerator and it was in our home in three days. Other big box stores could not guarantee delivery for six months. We had a great sales person and we are very happy with our purchase.

I'm certain it's great. But I'm in the middle of a remodel and it's still sitting in the box.

Truly a disappointing product, and quickly becoming the worse refrigerator I have ever owned. For the past two months the craft ice-maker has stopped working. LG has sent repairment twice now with defective replacement craft ice makers. LG has also said they have no idea how to fix the craft ice maker and their R&D is working on it - extending the warranty on that to 3 years. None of that matters if it is always broken of course. Save yourself the trouble and avoid LG refrigerators. It is sad that the concept is ruined by the service and quality of components. It could have really been a nice unit.

I love this refrigerator the craft ice is amazing!

Love this Refregerator! The storage space is massive. I’ve been using it for over 8 months with no problems. A common complaint is that it’s slow to make ice - which is true - however I’ve found that the ice-maker is fast enough to keep up with a small family of two.

Really Cool fridge! Difficult to remove doors and would not fit through the house doors without removing both of them

This was a 5 star review until the craft ice maker stop working. LG reached out to us through the app saying they notice a problem. We responded thinking this would set up a service call. NOPE, received a link to a YouTube video and if we cannot figure out how to fix on our own we will be charge for the service visit and were given less than 24 hours to complete the task and then sent a text stating that since they had not heard from me they considered the case closed. Completely unacceptable. The fridge you built has an issue, FIX IT! We have loved our LG appliances until now. It is so disappointing to have an issue and just be pushed through to an AI sink hole.

Purchased an open box ice box for a good price and the 1 my wife wanted

It does not cool right i selected the lowest setting and my milk is cool but not as cold as i like it.

Great fridge in every way other than the ice maker doesnt make tons of ice.

This fridge is great but I prefer the one with the clear door. Very good parts, good quality. A bit tough for installers but overall excellent

Though the item itself works well, the outside drawer handle was improperly installed and keeps falling off. After FIVE service appointments with no resolution, I am returning it and will not be purchasing appliance from Best Buy in the future. The worst customer service!

Broke after 30 days!!!! Very expensive for 30 days of service, Best Buy is impossible to navigate and not helping at all. Stay away from this brand, this is the worst experience we have ever had. The fridge also does not have any temperature sensors, you only view the set point. Pay attention to the reviews and the class action lawsuits against them and stay away. I wish we had bought the GE and instead we threw out an entire fridge for the second time in a month, are out $4,000+ and spending all our time on the phone trying to get some help so we can have some working fridge in the next month.

Love this refrigerator. This is the 2nd one I have bought. Prefer this one over the one with the window. You get added little shelves in the door, which you lose with the one with the window that cost more.
