    Fridge not cooling after 3 yrs

    Do not but this Fridge. There is a class action law suite with this and many other model LG's as the compressor will fail on this fridge. I have had the Fridge for a little over 3 years and yesterday it stopped cooling. I expected much better quality also as the paint is already chipping in places through only normal wear and tear. The LG customer support process is not very good.

    I love the finish and the bright lighting inside is super. Like the door in door feature, but notice the drinks are not quite as cold as they are stored inside the unit. Had a "groaning" noise occur at one point and called customer service, apparently the unit was not quite level. Used the Smart Diagnosis feature which was awesome! Adjusted and it stopped. Overall, very pleased!

    Receive a temporary refrigerator until the one I ordered comes in. Over two months and still don't have it yet but this one is working out
