This unit is not even two years old yet. In Mar 2020 it stopped cooling. The repair company replaced the motherboard. It was working until Oct 2020. In Oct I was told the unit had leaked Freon. When the repair guy showed up to fix the leak and cut the line it was clearly not a Freon leak. I was then told that the compressor was bad. After the coil and compressor was replaced the unit still does not cool. I called LG again and was told that it will take up to 3 days to get an authorization to the company that was out to look at it again. At this point I have been without a frig for 3 weeks.I will not be buying an LG frig again.

I bought this refrigerator in 2015. The compressor and the ice maker has gone out multiple times. I had the Greek Squad warranty for the first time and LG covered the repair the second time, but this time LG is stated my fridge was too old and they would only cover the compressor part. I have to pay over $700 dollars for labor and the ice maker. I missed the deadline of the lawsuit because the other two times were covered. LG is quite aware of how poorly this compressor is and should stand behind their product. This refrigerator is very expensive and 3 major repairs in 6 years is unacceptable.

I had this for about a month now. Tons of space, the filter is best. I had shop and look at all other refrigerator but this is the best one so far.

lots of room, but the ice maker makes this a 3 star, it makes about 85 pieces of mini ice a day, the extra door is nice, but its not with the extra $, wish my wife would have picked a less expensive model but she likes the cute ice.

However too big for our kitchen and had to return it and get the counter depth LG with instaview.

After purchasing this product, I discovered via my late online research that this product has KNOWN defects! There appears to be a major issue with the sealed unit and although I raved about the refrigerator initially, I would not purchase it again nor would I recommend it to a friend. BESTBUY customer service came through for me, LG customer service - like the refrigerator - is a bust! f it were possible to give a ZERO rating I would.

Bought this for our office kitchen. It is the right size and has everything we need for everyday lunch storage and occasional office events. It looks great in our kitchen/lounge.

Large capacity, door in door, nice shelves layout, middle section for custom chill, 3 drawers in freezer, 10 years warranty on compressor. Check this one out before buying anything else.

Great fridge that offers an enormous amount of storage. I really enjoy the beverage door it's very convenient. I also enjoy being able to set the 3rd drawer to the temperature I want.

It is to early to categorically say, but so far, my wife and I are pleased with this product.

Order this LG refrigerator for the size capacity and the way the ice maker is installed on the door gives you more space inside nice features too

First year of ownership was met with unexpected motherboard failure. LG customer service was helpful and after a week things were back in order. Warranty expired after 1 year, despite needing a repair for absolute failure in first year. Second year compressor failed. Customer service again helpful and quick service was appreciated. 10 days later, failure yet again. All parts on back order. Spending several thousand dollars should not yield a lemon that is the quality of tissue paper. This doesn’t even account for 3 complete losses of the contents in this tin can. You know it is bad when the repair service comments they have never seen an order for this many parts before. Lesson learned.

Purchased the LG LMXS30776s a few weeks back as an open box item. Got a good deal that my wife and I couldn't pass up. Anyway, the fridge is quietly efficient (barely hear it running), voluminous in interior space (both fridge and freezer), and utilizes every nook and cranny to maximize useable space (Easy Reach). The Door-In-Door feature is the neatest feature to come around in awhile. Makes for getting most used items (milk, at least in my household) easily accessible. Also, the Slim SpacePlus Ice System, while making the left door more cumbersome to open (maybe just need to reorient fridge to correct), does allow for increasing the storage capacity of fridge by placing ice making duties actually in the door. A neat little trick. The only complaint I have is that the Stainless Steel does get smears and smudges rather easily. For someone like me that can tend to be obsessive/compulsive, constantly needing to clean the fridge can get to be overwhelming. But I digress, as this has nothing to do with the overall quality of refrigerator In the end, the LG LMXS30776s is a fantastic refrigerator. It is well made, has ample storage, and added features that make ownership all the more worthwhile. Now if only I had the nice house to go with it.

I looked at this for almost a year. It's perfect in every way.

Bought on sale, love everything about it. Great separation with all compartments, great split doors, and wonderful design too.

I like this product, a lot of space and i can adjust the temperature in different areas

LG products have always worked well for us. Low cost of maintenance and spare parts. The layout is brilliant for ease of use and keeping all items in the freezer visible.

There is not one thing I am disappointed with with this refrigerator! I love it. The ice maker is hidden and not in the way. There is plenty of freezer room. Great product.

This refrigerator has all of the features we needed. The pull out drawer is great for the kids snacks. All of the features inside are very helpful as well.

Works well, would like it to have levelling feet but otherwise trouble free.
