Too early to be sure as our last LG that was purchased from another retail store had compressor issues and their support was tedious at best. So far our experience with this newer refrigerator along with the Best Buy team has been exemplary. Time will tell and will update as necessary.

We love this refrigerator. it has lots of room and compartments to organize stuff. it doers a great job of keeping everything cold no matter where it is in the fridge. the ice makes is a little small and will run out of ice pretty quick and is not the fastest at making new ice.

I purchased this refrigerator 4 months ago and absolutely love it! Our old refrigerator was only 18 cubic feet, which worked when it was just my husband and I. However, now with two active kids, we needed something bigger. First, the sales experience. When I walked into the store I was originally looking at another refrigerator that had a larger capacity based on the specs. However, the salesman took the time to listen to what I was looking for and explained how the one I was looking at had the water and ice mechanism in the refrigerator space, so my actual usable space was less that the stated capacity. He showed me this refrigerator with a slightly lower capacity, but the water and ice are in the door and actually has more usable space. Now, for the fridge. I LOVE it. My kids love the ice and water dispenser, they can easily fill their water bottles for practice. The crushed ice is a nice feature as well. Note, the ice and water are dispensed from different locations, my son didn't realize this at first and ended up with wet socks. The convertible drawer is so useful, it makes items more accessible to my kids. Also, the flat shelf in the freezer is great for frozen pizzas and other flat items. It gives you extra storage without taking up much space. Finally, our food is actually lasting longer! We are actually saving money because of this. For example, with our previous fridge when I bought a bag of fresh spinach or lettuce, it would go bad within a day or two of me opening the bag. With our new fridge, I had a bag of romaine that I had opened nearly a week earlier. I thought for sure it had spoiled... imagine my surprise when I opened the bag and the lettuce was still crisp and fresh! Definitely worth the price!

Loving this fridge! So many drawers, everything stays organized. At first I thought the door-in-door thing was dumb, but I have to say, I LOVE it! The only "complaint" I have, which isn't even really a complaint--more of a heads up, is that every time we've had guests over they have made a mess when trying to get water from the fridge. They don't realize that the water nozzle is so high up and they put the cup where the ice comes out and push the water button with their hand, resulting in water everywhere...so a definite learning curve there!

We love all of the space! The ice maker doesn't make quite the amount we would like but this is minor for us. The quality and design of this refrigerator is even better than we had hoped!

Loving this design over the side by side we had before. Water dispenser is different than any other I've ever used. if don't remember where to place glass water goes on floor.

My family loves all the space.. The only reason I give it a 4.. is that the ice maker doesn’t keep up with my family, ( the ice maker is a door unit).

I bought this fridge because of the door in door feature which is an energy saver for us in this heat but it is not well made, the ice maker is slow, the crisper drawers are tiny. Instead of three itty bitty ones two large ones would have been better. I love the middle drawer feature of fresh or frozen. But would have liked an ice bucket in the freezer to receive the ice when the in door bucket gets full. The drawers are very light and you have to make sure you push them hard to close them. For the money, I would have expected higher quality.

This refrigerator is huge inside, and the door-in-door is great for things we access frequently! The ice maker seems to produce ice much slower than our previous fridge, but we like the options for crushed or cubed ice.

This fridge is perfect for a 6 member family. It has plenty of room for any size container or drinks. The unit is very quiet and works as expected. The door in door feature is used frequently for drinks and is very convenient. This fridge delivers and is highly recommended.

I last had a Samsung fridge that I had for over two years. It constantly broke on me with the ice makers so I got this LG. Doesn't have dual ice makers but at least this one work and doesn't gush water all the time. It's got good space and I love the set up of the freezer. However the shelves in the main part of the fridge is not done very well. You can put sodas up right for instance unless you take out shelves. But the in door feature is nice. And I love how fast it dispenses ice and water. I do wish the front doors were magnetic which is says they are but this is not the case.

After comparing this to the Samsung, we decided on the LG and so far, we’re very happy. The wife has plenty of space for god and the kids love the easy access with the door-in-door feature. The icebox in the door creates even more room inside, which is a plus.

This refrigerator has a lot of space and nice organzation spots. I am able to fit food in without feeling cramped! The door in door feature is super convenient - put all of my products that are used daily in here.

I have been verysatisfied with this refrigerator. I really like the door in door, where I can get out a beverage or other often used item without opening the entire door. Also the variable temperature drawer is nice, because it can chill items like beer or wine, or, if needed it can serve as additional freezer space. Only word of warning is that it is very large, just fit in my door, with only about 3/4" on each side after the doors were taken off, so be sure to measure first.

I really do love the new frig, But, the ice storage is to small, when I use ice I have to remember to hit the super fast ice button. or there won't be enough ice later, and there is only 2 of us. Keep in mind this frig is large and deep, if you're short like me, 5ft 1 in, I can't reach the back of the frig without a stool. Lol. I love that we got this frig, we looked at a lot of them, after much time refiguring the shelves I think I have them the way I want, didn't like how short they were set up to be. We've only had it a month, and so far no problems

This refrigerator offers a great design and capacity. The door in door feature is fabulous. The middle drawer is handy and the freezer is easy to organize. My only regret is that it is not available in more colors and finishes.

Love the fridge, tons of room & great features. The water comes out a little strong or I'd rate it 5 stars.

Fits perfectly, looks great and my wife is in love with it. She is so happy with the door in door feature. We love the storage space in both the refrigerator and the freezer and the unique through the door water and ice unit. Great Product!

I love it, it's amazing and has tons of room. The door in door works great for our family, that like to get lots of drink out of the fridge.

We love this fridge, tons of space looks great doors open smooth easy to clean with the dark color. The only thing i would of liked it to have is a larger ice bin. Our old fridge would make and store way more ice. Still a great product.
