Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased November 2019 . started making noise January 2021, so 14 months old. i have geek squad extended warranty. called tech support and they came out and said it needs defrosted and left. now im stuck with a non-defrosting, " not-self-defrosting" 3000 dollar fridge that wont defrost like a 1960's model--that still makes all kinds of noises. totally crap service from bestbuy !! have tried calling bb back 3 times. on hold for over 30 minutes each time then disconnected on .bewarned before making a 10k appliance purchase for your new home !!

Very Poor Product

At times the noise is so loud it’s hard to speak above it. I have contacted LG several times regarding this issue. They have not assisted with the problem by sending a service rep instead they insist the noise is normal for this product. Not what I would have expected for several thousand dollars! I have scheduled a servicemen to come at my own expense to address is this issue. I would not recommend this product nor anything manufactured by LG.
