Great options on this refrigerator, especially the ice making capabilities with craft ice for your cocktails.

It just works great! Unlike my Samsung which was miserable by year 3! DO NOT buy Samsung refrigerators! They don’t stand behind their product. Great TVs! Teribble refrigerators!

Everything we wanted and more. Use the door in a door more than I thought. Also like the ice bin in the door. Which frees up more space inside. Really like the depth of the shelves.

Refrigerator is very spacious and all your favorite item are easy to reach. The installation was easy and geek squad are friendly and professional. They moved the old refrigerator into the garage with no problem.

New refrigerator works well in my bar area, love the craft ice option. It does take a bit to get ice after install so plan accordingly.

We upgraded our fridge and I have to say between the fast delivery and the huge space upgrade we couldn’t be happier. The circle ice balls and door in door features are cool but the space is really what we wanted.

Had a lot of good features and dual ice makers is a plus. The interior lighting could be better. Some in blocked by doors.

Love this fridge! The main reason I purchased was for the craft ice. We have had the fridge for over a week and it has only made 9 craft ice balls so I’m disappointed in that. The fridge is amazing though! Love the use of space.

From sales to delivery, the service was excellent! The refrigerator has lots of room, and the compartments make it much easier to find items than my previous side-by-side frig!

I have had no issues with this refrigerator and works very well. The only issue is the craft ice takes awhile to produce so be patient if you need it. I would recommend this refrigerator.

overall purchase experience was good. However, when it came to the installation scheduling there seems to be a huge gap in your scheduling system. When rescheduling due to installers needing longer hose, the 800 help line said they could not help me and directed me to call the store where I purchased the appliances. The store told me there was nothing they could do and to call the 800 number. My only option was to accept multiple installation appointments or reschedule for a much later date due to next available date on schedule. I took care of it myself. I was on the phone several times for well over an hour as they associates "hands were tied" and understood the issue, however, could not do anything to help me with the scheduled installations.

This fridge is functionally great. I had one previously, 3 years, but it failed and Best Buy replaced the unit. We went with the same unit because the space, door function, and overall function is great.

Purchase the 5yr instead of 3yr warranty… im 3.5yrs in on this new refrigerator for my new home and i guess by that time you are no longer a valued customer with LG. Ice maker stopped working and the refrigerator threw an error code .Smart diagnosis isnt working... freezer just started to ice over ..googled the code as well as went on LGs website to attempt to reset just for it to pop back on...Called LG who happened to be no help what so ever ! No technicians to assist other than a list of people i can call and no resolution ofher than to purchase a freezer or ice chest for the $300. i just spent on groceries.. but they are very very sorry. When you spend more than 3k on an appliance it should give you more than 3.5yrs.
