I love this refrigerator! First time purchasing a refrigerator and I will be a LG man the rest of my life.

We've had this fridge for just over a year. We love the door-in-door feature for frequently used items. However, we've had repeated issues with the ice makers. Overall, the volume of ice in the in-door icemaker is very small and we often run out of ice in the summer, something I've never experienced with another refrigerator. The craft ice in the freezer drawer often stops making ice and needs to be reset. The biggest issue is that the in door ice maker has completely failed after just over a year, and the LG warranty is only 1 year and they want $400 to repair it. We will be using an independent shop for the repair and choosing another manufacturer for future appliances.

Works great and very quiet. The craft ice takes a while to get going but other than that its great.

A bit disappointed in storage area in refrigerator area. Dual ice makers are nice, but the one in the door doesn't have a big storage compartment.

Great middle range product so far. Has a few features that I find worth paying a little extra for.

I am very pleased. with my new Stainless Steel LG French Door-in-Door Refrigerator with Craft Ice. The exterior is beautiful. The interior with the door-in-door is perfect for everything that I store in the refrigerator. The freezer section is very large to accommodate all my frozen foods. It is a little pricey but worth it. I love it!

The fridge is absolutely beautiful. It’s large spacious and just about everything I wanted in a fridge. My big issue with said fridge is, IT DOESNT MAKE ICE. I’m unsure if they damaged it bringing it in or what but I’m not happy about it and now I’ve spent hours watching videos online about how to “reset” your ice maker or trouble shoot it basically and I still don’t have ice from the top machine. Another weird thing about the fridge, apparently the bottom freezer only makes 3/6 spheres of ice a time... yes spheres.

Love it! All of the features are great and we love the dual ice makers.

This refrigerator is THE BEST! It has so much room and flexibility. I highly recommend this one!

Buying appliances is a challenge. You have to choose the right one, it must be in operation for many years, it has to fit, be delivered and the old one take away....and so much more. Best Buy was my only trusted source as it has been for so many purchases. This purchase has been seamless so far...just the way it should be. I would recommend the appliance and the service.

It’s good, a little pricey and ice maker is loud. Shelve spacing could be better. Ice balls are great. Solid freezer space
