So happy for the French door configuration! We put up with a side-by-side fridge for > 15 years and hated every minute of it. I love the sleek water dispenser. It shuts off tightly with no drip, which is great because there's no tray. I don't mind the ice in the drawer. It provides for more room in the fridge and we don't use much ice. I've never had freezer drawers and they seem rough for organization of frozen items, but I'll work through it for the added benefit of everything at eye level in the fridge, especially produce. I had Best Buy install. Delivery was in December but the kitchen wasn't ready for the fridge until April 2022. It was easy to set up the appointment, but I'm upset they gouged my new hardwood floor. Refrgerator Installation 101: PROTECT THE FLOOR. I'm very upset. The reason I wanted professional movement of the fridge was so my floors weren't marked up, and now this. Here's a pic of one spot.

Not only has Consumer Reports rated this refrigerator #1 but, we do as well. Makes ice very quietly and efficiently holds temperature very efficiently and with the 29 Cu. Ft. capacity allows us to take advantage of all the sales at the supermarkets.

This fridge is amazing. Looks great and has everything you would want. Very spacious. Just got it so will follow up in a few months but as of now I absolutely love it

Easy access to the awesome drawers inside and below in the freezer. Lots of adjustable shelve drawers on the inside of the doors. Easy access to change the refrigerator or freezer temperatures. A pleasant beep tune sounds if either is left open too long. Great room for freezer storage with adjustable dividers. Love the easy access to change the water filter from inside the fridge, and the water dispenser on the outside door without trays or water shelves to clean!

Choose to wait a few months after purchasing this refrigerator to really use it and give my best opinion. I ABSOLUTELY love it! The space is amazing, water dispenser is a PLUS. Best part about that is the filters are cheap and aren’t astronomically priced. The icemaker stays up on its job and love the cubes. I am beyond happy with my purchase and now will be replacing my microwave, oven and dishwasher to match

Great fridge for a great price. I got the fridge in the Bets Buy outlet with no visible dents or flaws, as an open box item. The delivery was swift and professional and in to or three minutes my ridge made its way from the delivery truck to my kitchen. it is a big fridge, and the water dispenser (connecting kit and filter purchased separately), works perfectly. I love the fact that the dispenser is slim and takes no space from inside the door, and the ice drawer in the freezer works amazingly. I am very pleased with the fridge and gladly recommend the experience. one of my "Best Buy"s ever.

We replaced a troublesome Samsung fridge that was only 8 years old with this LG fridge. We love this fridge! The ice maker works wonderfully and the water dispenser has great water pressure! There is so much room in the fridge too! We don’t have any complaints! We saw other reviews about the temp being low, we kept a thermometer in the fridge and no issues!

I love the fridge! It is so spacious and I’m able to organize everything. You have to find the sweet spot on the water dispenser or it will drip and splash. It’s abt half way d down on bar. My one concern is that my internal temp reads 42 when it should be 37. Will have LG tech check it out. Nothing has spoiled but needs adjusting.

Excellent service from Best Buy First. Second the refrigerator is great. Lots of room and deep more than our previous one. Color is awesome it matches our kitchen just right. Freezer is spacious and ice cubes when you need them. We use them everyday with kids in sports filling their water bottles. The doors have lots of room especially since the ice cube maker is in the bottom freezer.

This fridge has so much space! I also love that the it only has the after in the door instead of water and ice. It saves on the door space and doesn’t look to congested. The install was easy and this fridge is almost silent!

Great looking fridge, tons of space, seems to be a great value pricewise. Unfortunately, in the unit I received the refrigerator section will not go lower than 42 degrees no matter what temp setting we use. The freezer does go to within one degree of its set temperature though. I have been testing it for a couple days now with four different calibrated thermometers (my primary one for testing has wireless transmitters, so I don't need to be opening the fridge to read its temp) and also use instant-read thermometers to get a temp from water placed in the fridge for added confirmation, so I know my measurements are accurate. It simply will not cool below about 42 degrees. After having the fridge, I've searched and found several other reviews stating this identical problem. Now to go through the hassle of returning it. Bummer.

Plenty of room.the water design on the door could be improved,but all in all,I love it.

It might be titled "this customer is writing this for a chance at a $400 gift card" but dont let that fool you. If i can give this refrigerator 0 stars I would. Imagine you just bought 500 dollars worth of groceries and once you unpack the last item you get an error code "FF E" and now your fridge isnt running as cold as it should be and youre stressed on the LG website trying to get a repair man here ASAP but youre responded with "Let it defrost for 8 hours" and that theyll send someone but i might be left with the bill. It isnt even a year old and its already costing me more then its worth. Dont buy LG products theyre trash and cheaply made

The refrigerator is really spacious. The thin profile of the water filter is helpful and is not noticeable from the inside at all.

Amazing size! This is a top of the line refrigerator. Love the look and high quality of this refrigerator. It is exactly as described and perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a new one. You will not be disappointed.

Exactly what we wanted. Beautiful in the black stainless steel. Both the refrigerator and the freezer have ample space. The flex drawer offers a lot of extra storage!
