By middle of January 2024, the refrigerator compressor died. It was replaced January 31st and less than two weeks later, it died again. Lg support has had me wapiting forever and jumping thru hoops to get this resolved. So here i am, over a month later with no working refrigerator. I am tired of living with coolers and ice. I am disgusted with the amount of wasted food. Do not waste your time or money on this lemon. They have not fixed the compressor problem!

Still tastes like tap water to me after running a few gallons through. Problems setting up WiFi to it too.

The fridge stays cold and food stays fresh. The only gripe I have is the ice is not the best. It melts very quickly and is small.

My old fridge went out and this one checked most of the boxes especially since I was in a must buy situation. Less than 8 months later, I’m having issues with the fridge being closed but thinking it’s open and now the water dispenser doesn’t work. I’ve unplugged and plugged it back in and nothing works. I have the 3 year Best Buy Geek Squad warranty, but they conveniently are unreachable even within their work hours. Hopefully LG will be available to help.

I have not hooked it up yet due to on going construction. Think I will like it once running. Noticed a small dent on one side that must have been the at delivery.
