It's been a month after the receive of our new refrig... and definitely working wonderful and love the abundant ice it produce.

Unit was purchased in March '22, manufactured in October '21. In July (4 months later), it started making a rumbling sound and after 4 days the fridge stopped cooling. At that point, the error code the fridge displayed was that there is frost build up. Their website recommended a manual defrost (aka unplugging the unit and leaving the freezer door open for 8+ hours), but this did not help. I doubted this would have fixed it in the first place as there is no visible frost in the freezer to begin with-- after all a 4 month old fridge still looks mostly brand new. After calling LG, it turns out there are 0 technicians within their expanded service network within 100 miles of where we live, even though we are in a Seattle suburb, less than 10 miles away from the city. To add insult to injury, LG will not issue a refund or a replacement for our unit unless their service technician inspects and deems it as so. We are now stuck waiting until an LG service calls us to schedule an an appointment-- and we've had our ticket open for 5 days now without any response from them.

I have used LG Refrigerator since 10years ago. This is 3rd time I bought same brand. It’s the best things if you need durable. I recommend LG.

It’s a nice fridge, but the doors don’t shut themselves. It ends up open all too often.

good fridge. water is a bit chilled compared to old samsung fridge which water is according to outside temperature. Freezer is a bit cramped.

Thought I would like the ice machine in the inside but now that I have used both I prefer the ice machine on the outside

I am so disappointed! What a beautiful refrigerator! I already returned 1 and hoped so much it was just that refrigerator so I had a replacement delivered - same problem! What a hassle! I am guessing there would be more complaints if people checked the temperature instead of assuming it was the milk instead of the refrigerator……Freezer works great! Now I have to try and pick something else - ugh! I guess it’s better to know now and not after I can’t return it anymore. I highly recommend buying a refrigerator thermometer just to check while you can still return it. I thought it was just me so I have two - plus used an instant thermometer to check my food - that’s how much I wanted to be wrong!! Good Luck!
