I have the temp set to 33° and still will not cool. Fridge also warms up an additional 5° when the door has been opened even shortly. Not food safe temps. Cooling is the basic function of a fridge. I should have listened to previous reviews. I have already requested a return and ordered a GE fridge. Hopefully I will have better luck with GE.

The freezer works fine, but the refrigerator does not cook below 41 degrees. I reported this to LG within a week of purchase. Over 3 months later, LG has done nothing. They can't find a repair tech for my area because I live in a small town. LG now says they also can't replace the unit since it was an open box item. LG is offering a refund IF I return the frig, at my expense, to the same BB store where I purchased it nearly 2 hours from my home.
