    Can't review this unit as they delivered it damaged. Had it returned. Next one also damaged. Returned. Canceled order and bought one from somewhere else. The delivery guy that brought the second one told his manager before they brought it that it was damaged but he said deliver the damaged item. Very poor from best buy. Would not recommend buying large items from them

    It looks a very simple refri, looks ver cheap. The ice maker is inside the bottom box which is uncomfortable. It functions as expected.

    Well I’m sure this fridge would work great if it didn’t have scratches and dents all over it. I did not like the water maker option on the door because you could easily walk into it and turn the water on, guess what I am wet, your wet, the floor is wet yay.

    Poor installation

    This is not about the item. It is about the poor installation. The water line for ice maker and water dispenser was not connected properly. It was not even hand tight and after sitting in the house for a few weeks finally dripped through to the basement after soaking everything behind and below the refrigerator. VERY poor installation, obviously by someone who doesn't know or care what they are doing.

    Fiasco Delivery and Setup

    The delivery and installation of our refrigerator has been a complete fiasco. We are now on the 2nd re-scheduling and this fractional set up where they deliver with one company and install with another company and haul away with another company is so unproductive both for them and us.

    Do not buy LG products, every LG product goes bad, there customer service representatives are liars, LG don’t stand by there warranties and discount codes. I will never buy another LG product again.

    After 2 and half years the Freezer fan went out and the LG customer service will not do anything to honor their product. Try another brand

    Refrigerator has not cooled to proper temperature since installed two weeks ago. Have had problems with LG sending service, still no one will come out.

    Does not cool main refrigerator area below 40°F. Settings were set to 33°F. Freezer stays at 14°F and is set to -1°F.

    Always close the left door first. Otherwise you risk damaging the piece that seals the space between the doors. The freezer drawer tends to not seal completely and find that ice appears to have melted on occasion somewhat.

    It has 6 months and is already broken. The appointment to go and fix it is six days from now plus I will have to wait for the parts. Also, the list for LG fridges to be repair is long.
