Water filter is not dispensing clean water installation guy asked me to replace the Fridge

The refrigerator had a damage and your customer services its terrible.

the water from dispenser tast really bad, smell like plastic, same as ice cube. overall is good

Delivery team damaged the fridge. Very incompetent

We received this refrigerator last week and so far we are very happy with it. Like others said it has a lot of room inside. The water dispenser comes out very strong and fast, which we really like. Ice in the freezer is made pretty quick and we are happy with it. The only thing is closing the doors take some getting used to. You can't shut them too hard because the inside items rattle around too much, but we have gotten used to how to close the doors so that close all the way without being slammed. It's a good looking fridge as far as fridges go and we are happy with our choice. Simple is best!

The refrigerator is both beautiful and functional. Everything fits nicely. At 29 cu/ft, the footprint is a bit larger than our previous one but isn't intrusive. As far as delivery goes, Best Buy nailed it. On time, efficient and while this was a difficult delivery (due to small size of home), they were still in and out. So happy we decided on this particular model and that we purchased it from Best Buy online only 3 days ago. Remarkable time line all thing considered. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious. I've read reviews complaining about the water dispenser making a mess, i honestly don't know how that's happening with those that say that. Water dispenser works as it should. No mess. No spills. I read another mentioning that the temperature doesn't go below 37°. This also was not an issue. The temperature goes even below 35°. The freezers temperature is also adjustable. Overall, very happy with this fridge! A great buy and I do recommend this model

I first got this in a 21.8 cubic foot. That didn't fit all the space I have so I got this 29 cubic foot and I like it alot it fits my space nicely. My husband had to take the trim off of the cabinet above but that is fine with me I really wanted this fridge. Love having not to bend over anymore to see what is on all the shelves of the fridge. The freezer has alot more room then the one that I have replaced with the freezer on top.

So far we love this frig! It has so much room and lets you know if a door is open too long. We dont have our cabinets in but have been using the new frig and so far its great! Best Buy was a better price and way more helpful than other retailers that had same frig and it was delivered with perfect timing.

We received refrigerator with in 6 days of ordering. Wow It work fine, no problems. I like the color and like the fingerprint resistant feature, with my previous refrigerator I felt I had to wipe down every time I opened the doors.

Happy with the new Refrigerator. Spacious on the inside and looks good in my kitchen. Everything works great.

Purchased approx 1 month ago, very happy. Transitioned from side by side. Love all the space, love the shallow water dispenser-makes it so much easier to fill our tumblers. Sacrificed ice in door for the added space and have not missed it being in the door one bit. We go through a lot of ice and this produces quickly and keeps up. Overall extremely satisfied .

We are really enjoying this fridge. No issues thus far, although we’ve only had it a couple months. Only complaint is the water dispenser design. It fills quickly w quite a bit of power behind it which causes quite a bit of splashing if not held at just the right angle or if the cup is too short. Other than that, it’s huge and pretty awesome. Quick delivery and good service from the delivery guys too.

LOVE! After a lot of research for the best space and still having water on the door this was the only one that fit everything we wanted. Would absolutely recommend it. It has been nothing but amazing.

Great refrigerator I recommend it for a big house family

Although this fridge has plenty of room for anything you want to put into it, the sealed system will fail. We bought ours just over 4 years ago. The sealed system has failed, fridge no longer gets cold. The system is covered for 5 years but dealing with LG to get it repaired is a nightmare. After speaking with the repair companies there is only about a 50% chance the repair will even work. LG has a horrible design for there sealed systems and there is not a lot of repair places that will even work on them. Stick with Wirlpool, Fridged Air, or Kitchen Aid. After 4 years we have to go buy a new fridge.

This is my second of this model, I had to leave the first at the other house. This fridge is great, it has all the functions I want without too many fancy things that are sure to break.
