Wasted a lot of time trying this on a USB hub that didn't support the resolution. LG Support was not helpful, kept sending canned messages that the monitor was "plug and play" In my case, it was "plug and crash". Turned out it was the hub, not the monitor. Even so, the vendor should stress that any hub or docking station must explicitly support 4K monitors. It matters because you will have to spend more to replace the hub you have in order to use this monitor. Having said that, it's a great, cost-effective solution for users needing to have multiple documents/ screens open together.

I bought this as my dual monitor. It could use some speakers but for the price it represents value

I got this for my son's XBOX. screen is great, refresh rate is great color fantastic.

So I basically got this amazing monitor at half the retail price and it has everything I was looking for. I set up a small server/NVR rig for media streaming, NAS, and CCTV and needed a monitor with vesa and stand and multi hd connections. Found that all in this baby with wonderful color and reshresh for a little gaming on the side. What a buy.

I wanted to get away from having two (or more) separate monitors so I picked up this ultrawide. It works great for my home office. I mainly use the monitor to have email or training video's up on one side while working remote sessions on the other. The screen quality is fantastic. I've tried watching some 4k video on it and have been stunned by the clarity. The only downside (if there is one) is that it only has two inputs.

This monitor is spectacular, especially for the price. I purchased it to replace a dual monitor set-up (one died and the other is on it's last leg). I'd recommend this to anyone looking.

Clear, crisp images. Freesync a nice bonus, but compared to an older version it has only two inputs though - one HDMI, one display port.

75hz with amd freesync for this price and resolution is pretty good, takes simple 3rd party installation to properly use and not enough display connectors ($230) on sale with a warranty its gonna be around $280 at that price and youll probably never need unless your planning to mount it. Excellent UI and using the button in the middle is so simple easy and fast. Cons: Only two ports full size display port and a hdmi port which kind of sucked for me since I always used DVI, wish there was a mini display port with this as well and the screen isnt that bright and the drivers were a slight pain to find and install... Disk was useless and I had to download 2 different file fixes for it to run at 2560x1080 and at 75hz called atikmdag-patcher exe and CRU 1.3.1. For gaming its nice overall and you can make your own profiles for watching and switching over really easily to play. If you have a amd card and you dont have a freesync monitor then you should definitely consider this. I would NOT buy this at full price.

Picture quality is good and it works for showing two or three documents or programs at once which is what I wanted. It sits a little low which means that items I usually put near the monitor don't fit very well. It could also use stabilizers on each side because it's so wide it rocks when my desk is bumped and I don't know if that will cause problems in the long run. I plan to get a little platform to put the monitor on to raise it up a bit so I can better access my stapler etc. and not lose desk space.

My girlfriend has been using this monitor for home officing for about six months. She commented to me today that it has really improved her productivity when working from home. It’s ability to display two full size windows for side-by-side spreadsheets saves her oodles of time. It also reduces eye and neck strain caused by constantly looking down at the laptop screen.

I went into the store doing research for Hidef monitors for my desktop. I had looked at several models on line, I went to the store with two models in mind but when I got to the display these had a much clearer image than the ones I picked out on line. They are bright clear and a snap to connect

It's really hard to describe the first time you look at a 21:9 aspect ratio screen. It's similar to that first time you go to an IMAX screen. You know from that point on, the best viewing experience is with a wider screen. That applies here too. If you use your computer for gaming or watching movies on disc, do yourself a favor and buy this.

I saw this monitor on the Best Buy deals a couple of weeks ago and couldn't pass up the price. Its a great looking monitor and good for most things such as movie watching and multitasking. The issues rear up when you play fast-action games, such as Battlefield, FIFA, Call of Duty, etc.. Especially in FIFA 17, when you kick the ball down pitch, you'll notice pretty hefty image tearing and burning that lasts for a couple of seconds. Its noticeable but not a deal breaker for me.
