    The panel went in less than are year. So happy I had a warranty on it.

    Don’t Buy Open Box!

    I purchased one of these new a few months ago and really like the size and image quality. I decided to add a second, but the price had increased significantly so I opted for buying an open box “excellent” unit instead of new. I often buy open box from Best Buy and had never had a bad experience until now. The monitor was not packaged anywhere close to excellent or even good quality, and hardware necessary for setting up on the stand was missing. I contacted Best Buy to ask about getting just the hardware, or a discount since the unit I was shipped only met open box fair quality (per the description), but I paid for excellent. Even though Best Buy refused to send the hardware or discount for the incorrect quality rating I tried to buy hardware to set up the monitor rather than returning it. But once I took it out of the box and started setting it up, I realized that there are parts rattling around loose inside the monitor housing, so I packaged it back up and sent it all back. A cheaper open box from another retailer arrived in like-new condition in the original packaging with all the components the next day. Definitely will not be paying for for lower quality open box from Best Buy in the future, especially considering how awful the support experience was!

    200$ paperweight....thanks bestbuy!

    I now have a 200+ dollar paperweight...thanks bestbuy! bought an open box "excellent" certified condition model with 4 year protection plan...they sent me a monitor without screws....which I didn't noticed until it was too late during setup and the monitor fell off its stand a tiny bit and got a small crack in the screen...apparently this "accidental" damage isn't covered under the warranty even though it only happened due to their negligence and not including all the original hardware as is described in their description of the "excellent" quality rating... what highway robbery!

    It is ok. If you want to have the audio- you have to purchase the audio inputs separate. This is not specified on the website. I was very disappointed. This is why I purchased the monitor for meetings and audio.

    Didn't come with all the needed cords. Best buy was no help in fixing this issue. Had to order power cord from Amazon.

    Don’t waste your money, stay away from this produc

    The monitor started acting up with lines all across the screen after a month of purchasing it, contact LG for warranty repair it has been over a month and haven’t heard anything, I have been contacting them every week and yet nothing, don’t waste your money

    it broke down a few days after I purchased it, I had not even used it yet but whej I realized it was broke, I couldn’t even get an exchange

    Bought at the Outlet store in Phoenix and the box said 34" and oops it was only a 29" in. Took this back and bought elsewhere

    In 1994 my first computer had better quality picture than this monitor, stay away from it, add some money and get a nice one
