Lip Synch

I quit using it as the TV's internal speakers have no lip synch problem. Never could get hookup by HTDMI to work. Poor LG customer service in that I was told they would replace it and they would send me a box to use for shipping. No box ever arrived and on follow up I was told to get a box myself and pay for the shipping back.

Beware of Open Box Condition

I bought this item as a store pickup (had to drive 60 miles round trip) as open box Excellent condition, which states nothing wrong and nothing missing. It was basically missing everything but one power cord and remote. This is totally unacceptable and terrible job by Best Buy quality control to allow something like this to happen. At the end of day, I returned it and no compensation for my wasted time and miles for their false advertisement.

Waste of time and energy.

I messed with for over 2 hours trying to get it to function but finally realized it was the product not me. It would not accept HDMI inputs nor would it locate on Bluetooth. It did produce sound on the optical feed but it as very "tinny". BestBuy took it back with no problem and sent it directly to their junk pile. Good customer service, bad product.

LG is not good

Buyer Beware.

When this works it is amazing. Sadly the subwoofer constantly disconnects and the sound gets altered because of it. I’m on my second one and the problem still persists. There’s no excuse for this item to have this issue at this price point. It’s a shame because it does function seamlessly with the LG CX

Terrible LG support

I've tried multiple times to get my dead subwoofer repaired for 3 weeks. LG support is terrible. They keep promising to send boxes to get it repaired and I've received nothing.

Stopped working after one year

The sub woofer stopped working one week after the 1-year manufacturer warranty expired and there is no recourse with Best Buy to get it fixed. The sound bar sounds awful without the woofer working.

Don't buy!!

Stopped pairing
