    When we were at the store the sales person showed us the sound bar and it sounded great at the store. Once we got at home it’s just OK. I will be returning this to the store

    Disappointment from 'open box-excellent' and CS

    Picked up open box excellent today. Was missing remote, batteries, and mounting bracket. Subwoofer had visible damage on almost every side of the speaker. When I called the store, the call went to an agent at his home. His advise was to drive to the store and have them 'find the remote' for me.

    I bought an open box unit. Big mistake. It was terrible and I returned it. I would recommend a new one if you are interested in a LG sound bar.

    Remote doesnt work and no light

    The remote doesnt work out of the box (yes, i confirmed the batteries work) which makes this largely useless. There’s also no light confirming it is on. Sadly i now need to return to the store and deal with terrible customer service.

    I couldn't believe how bad the sound quality was on this speaker. My TV's internal speakers sounded better than this sound bar. Goes without saying, I ended up returning it. Waste of time.

    Wait why did you review saying that this is great. This thing is trash. I'll return that. Got the Samsung 9.1.4. sounds better. The surround sound sounds better and base is more impactful

    The instructions were less than helpful and all the parts weren’t in the box by the time I figured all that out it was too late to return it so I’m stuck with a $549 paperweight

    Keep in mind I have an LG TV. When you turn it on initially, it takes a second to connect to the bass but when it does... great full sound. Movies and TV sounds just as good. I think having the LG TV with AI sound assist tech helps to regulate the speakers for whatever it's playing. Speakers paired easily with the LG TV too, so they can be controlled with 1 remote when playing the tv through the speakers, or separately if watching TV but playing music via bluetooth. Glad I bought them.

    LG App A Must to Get the Most Out of the Sound

    The LG S75Q soundbar offers a solid build quality and a sleek, premium appearance that adds style to any room. Initially, the sound quality was underwhelming straight out of the box, but after downloading the LG Soundbar app, my experience drastically improved. The app allows for EQ adjustments, and with a boost to both Treble and Bass, the sound truly came alive, bringing a richness and depth that far exceeded my first impression.
