Poor product and poor customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this product back in March of 2021 for over $1K. Now 2023 it doesnt work anymore reached out to LG they want additional $200 for us to sent it back for repiar. Feeling like their product should of lasted longer for what we paid for it. Dont think I'll be getting it repaired not gonna spend another dollar on a LG product. Our LG smart refrigerator is over 2 years and had to be reapired 3 times already.

Looked nice but then....

We want to help you get the best performance from your soundbar. We strive to provide high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations.
If the sound quality has degraded or it’s not working as expected, try the following steps: Perform a factory reset on the soundbar by pressing and holding the Volume Down (-) button on the unit and the Sound Effect button on the remote control simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Ensure the soundbar is running the latest firmware version by using the LG Sound Bar app. Check all connections, including HDMI ARC or Optical Cable, and confirm the settings on your TV's audio output are optimized for the soundbar.
