    The worst soundbar that I have ever bought, lucky for me that I returned them asap, Please go with other name brands, who ever recommends this item does not know about good quality soundbars. Even if is on sale for $100 still won't recommend it. I kept using my 4 year old Samsung soundbar which I paid $1k for it and the quality is still amazing..

    Soundbar causes wifi issues with nearby devices

    The soundbar system causes wifi interference with nearby devices (Apple TV, Xbox, smart TV). When the speaker is on, the download speeds on my nearby devices drops to 5 Mbps or less (often <1 Mbps). It's incredibly frustrating.

    I've spent about 2 hours per day for the past 2 weeks, tearing up my walls, trying to hang this junk! Why they send two halves of a paper template and have you tape them together is the dumbest thing I've ever seen!! Im about to throw this junk in the trash!!!!

    If you are looking to purchase this as an accessory that looks nice mounted under your 65-inch LG G1 TV, then go for it. If you are hoping to get good sound from it, keep shopping. The large power brick is also a turnoff.

    I only gave it a one star because the person from Geek Squad installing it told me that I should return it and get this so nose which would be a lot better So that’s what I did

    0 not really good. Getting the Samsung 9.14 sounds a lot better. Not worth the money

    Had an open box, item came with previous purchasers google login and was a waste. Recommend getting new. Went with a different bar in the end

    Returning! Does not come with an optical cord to connect to my television! Television does not play through the bar or subwoofer.

    Great sound paired with GX model TVs

    I have had many soundbars but this is definitely the nicest I have ever owned. This sound bar looks amazing and pairs perfectly with our LG GX TV. We have a 55” GX model TV and didn’t notice this sound bar is 65” so it doesn’t match up exactly but it still gets the job done and looks ok. The soundbar mounts perfectly below our LG GX model TV and is much thinner then expected which made me wonder when it came to sound. The subwoofer sits perfectly on our floor to make it feel like the floor is shaking when it’s on which is nice and it was pretty easy to set up but I did notice there aren’t a lot of sound options which surprised me. We like the movie option the most since the sound with the subwoofer gives you a movie like experience. I like the thin design of the sound bar and how easy it was to install on our wall. The remote took some time getting used to but is pretty basic. It’s better when you can pair it to your TV/cable remote. This Soundbar was specifically made for OLED GX Gallery model TVs and since enhances the sound. The sound bar is Bluetooth enabled and can be paired with compatible devices and Dolby Atmos allows you to hear every note, every sound and every word in stunning clarity. I like how their aren’t a lot of wires involved other then the plug and one HDMI wire that goes from the TV to the sound bar you can’t really see. The sound bar combines Meridian sound technology, Dolby Atmos, DTS-X and HiRes Audio (up to 24bit, 192KHz) for highly-realistic audio performance making any content-viewing or listening experience far more immersive. The soundbar also comes with the Google Assistant built-in and offers the convenience of AI smart connectivity and voice recognition without the need for an extra device. I am really enjoying this sound bar but don’t think I’d have the need to purchase it if I didn’t have a GX model TV since I thinks it works best and is more compatible.

    I have been using these LG wireless headphones for around a week. I have been using them daily at the gym. My workouts include weight training and running. The headphones stayed on my ears without any problems. They sound great and are very easy to use the features of them. The UV case is awesome for the anti-bacterial aspect of them. L They are awesome and I will be continuing to use them daily. The battery life through my hour and a half workouts are good. The charging case is great. It keeps my headphones charged and is very easy to use. I love that it is magnetic so they go right into place and charge. The ambient sound is very easy to hear. While listening to music if cuts out if someone is talking to me.

    I bought this a few years ago as a deal with an LG TV. The SoundBar looks good on the wall below the TV, but the overall quality is average. The subwoofer stopped working two years after I bought it. It is out of warranty and the troubleshooting steps are unhelpful. Pretty lame.

    Sounds like a clock radio speaker. Stops functioning after a couple years. The sound bar itself sounds worse than the built-in speakers on my TV. It is tinny, and lacks any depth. Sounds like an AM station played over a 1990's alarm clock. Sounds is better with the subwoofer, but that stopped working after two years. No resolution provided by LG. Regarding the issues with sound quality and the subwoofer no longer working, we recommend a few troubleshooting steps that could potentially resolve the issue: Make sure that all cables are securely connected, both between the soundbar and your TV, and the subwoofer to the soundbar. A loose connection can sometimes cause intermittent sound issues. Sometimes, performing a factory reset can help resolve internal software glitches that could be affecting performance. You can typically do this by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds (check your user manual for specific instructions). If the subwoofer isn’t working, try pairing it with the soundbar again. If it still doesn’t produce sound, there may be an issue with the subwoofer itself, or it may need to be reconnected via Bluetooth or a wired connection.     I bought the SB and SW about 2 years ago to match our new LG gallery TV. It matches the TV perfectly but the SW died in less than a year (does not power up) and the SB sound is terrible. Finally called LG customer service today and read other reviews. Turns out to be a common problem... the SW and the soundbar work as an integrated system so when you lose the subwoofer, the SB sounds terrible on its own. We have used the internal speakers all this time....should have called immediately when the SW stopped working. I thought it was just a connection problem. Anyway, dont buy it!

    Disgruntled in AZ

    I bought this unit at Best Buy in February, 2021 and had it professionally installed. Because it is in a seasonal home, I have had about 8 months of actual use with it. The subwoofer has failed, I am out of warranty, and I have had no luck after several calls with LG finding a replacement subwoofer (or any help at all). A google search on the subwoofer issue suggests there is a widespread problem with subwoofer failure, with one commentator wondering why LG has not done a recall. This product sells itself as a companion to the 65" LG OLED tv because it looks perfect with it. Its sound quality at this price point is below average. For me, this was a waste of money. I have to replace it.

    Bought from best buy and the subwoofer died today. I’m just outside of warranty and LG says I’d have to send to their repair facility and it’ll cost me $200. No guarantee the soundbar and subwoofer would be repaired. This is insane!

    Bought this a few years back. Worked well for a little while, but the subwoofer just refuses to power on now. If you look around, it looks like this is a common problem that LG has neglected to address. Do not buy. If you have already purchased, return it before it happens to you too. Avoid LG products until they stand behind them.
