Won't sync perfectly

While the sound is good, no matter what we try, the sound and the video do not sync perfectly. There is a fraction of a second delay in the sound which is very annoying when someone is talking (mouth and sound not in sync).

Hooked up easily to our TV, played audio from the TV very well. However, Bluetooth was an entirely different story. We tried Bluetooth and it paired easily and sounded fine. For maybe two minutes, Then it would lose connection and although my iPhone showed it being connected, the screen on the speaker showed a different result. OK, I'll try something else so I tried my computer. Same result, At most, it would stay connected five minutes and sometimes as little as thirty seconds and lose connection. Sad to say, we're returning it tomorrow. Yes, we were much less than thirty feet from the speaker while pairing and using Bluetooth.
