One cord in back of tv along with the power and you are ready to go. Regarding the sound, I dont find this necessary at all. The sound is okay, but quality differs vastly depending on what you are watching: cable, Netflix, Amazon, etc. I find that the best quality comes with the combo setting of tv and sound bar. If you have the extra money, go for it, otherwise I dont see this as a must buy.

wireless doesnt connect

The geek squad has been literally no help at all without charging me $100 first for that help. Not happy with best buy policy any longer.
