    Remote quit working after 5 months. Ordered a new one online. Then soundbar itself quit working. I bought my tv at Best Buy a month earlier then came into to buy sound system and had my heart set on a certain system but sales person said not to buy it that this was the one to buy. Now here 8 months later i have to buy another system but i wont take any recommendations from anyone at Besy Buy.

    We purchased a sound bar in order to have more articulate and clear center channel however there’s still a lot of vibration and the voices are still not clear. Not sure if there’s some type of an adjustment to increase the trouble and decrease the base but that would be what I would think would help.
