Not happy with the sound bar.

Not sure if there’s some type of an adjustment to increase the trouble and decrease the base but that would be what I would think would help.

Decent Product - Poor customer service

Well, it didn’t. The remote is missing. I called customer service and instead of offering me a replacement remote, of reduce the price accordingly (open box excellent costs more than ones that say they may have missing parts), they only gave me the option to return the item. I want the item, I just want all the parts.

I am not really satisfied with the quality of the sound. I have to tuen it up to 20 to hear it good enough. If ivcould i eould return it. Ireally dont think it was worth the money.
