    This used soundbar was returned by former owner but probably was not "inspected or "re-conditioned" by the Best Buy tech team. They likely put paperwork together and put it as "open box". WHEN SPEAKER WORKS, it's good, but there is glitche in operating system causing soundbar to TURN OFF automatically after 45 minutes. Also, you have to do a "set up" each day you turn it on!

    a little disappointed in the sound bar the bass doesn't want to stayed paired to the TV, Tech told me to leave on the cable box, which Ive never done, always turned it off to save electricity

    Not bad but not great, Subwoofer is sub-par, volume goes high without distortion but the sound quality isn't the best. Not a bad unit for the money but for a little more you can gain so much more.

    I was hoping that the volume can go a little louder. It is better than TV speaker for sure. Purchased to replaced the old sound bar. Price was 50%off and the original price was $400. Over all, you get what you paid for. I like it.

    We tried to use this several times but had a faulty remote and felt the paring between the bass speaker and bar took up to several minutes. We returned this 2 weeks after purchase.

    Initially purchased this for our new Sony 65" X85K 4K HDR LED television. The sound was really good and crisp. It would not, however, stay connected. Multiple attempts to fix this did not work. Even a call to LG was pointless. I was told to unplug it and plug it back in. When that did not work I was told they would "have to repair it". No thanks, so i returned it to Best Buy.

    The sound is not the best with the Bluetooth connection. The connection kept fading out and then you have to reconnect. Overall, good speaker.

    The soundbar sounds ok, the sub lacks low bass. I bought it cause it is a match to the TV. Would not purchase again.

    Not as what we were expecting it’s ok not great, looking more for a Surround sound effect this is what was sold to us when we were looking to upgrade our 12 year old Surround sound system there is no surround sound effect with this it’s just a sound bar! Very disappointed especially with the lack of experience of the sells associates here at our location, wow! All we can say is wow people!!

    The sound bar is fine, but the Subwoofer is not wireless and no sound comes out of it that I can hear.
