    The sound bar somewhat improved the sound on the TV. However, the voices is clear on only some stations and not on others.

    Dosen’t give the clear sound I was looking for. Sound is still raspy and hard to understand speach, especially on newscast.

    At first it appears to be a good product. After a few days of use the bass begins to disconnect. a background sound is heard, nothing to do with what is seen on TV. I do not recommend it because for the price paid it is better to look for other options that are definitely worth it. Really don't buy it a lot of money for what it is

    The sounds bar does not seem to much improve the sound from the tv. It also seems very slow to turn on or connect to the tv after the tv turns on and sometime it does not turn on at all with the tv although we have correctly pushed the correct button on the remote.

    Terrible product. It stopped working after 3 weeks. Called Best Buy, apparently after 2 weeks cannot return or exchange. I begged to make an exception. No resolution. Wasted 45 minutes on call with the technical GS at best buy, they couldn't resolve. Called LG, on the phone for an HOUR, troubleshooting, nothing worked, they advised to return to BB. Told them cannot. Now waiting for resolution under warranty. Will take weeks. Very unsatisfied

    Very weak soundbar. I'm not sure the subwoofer even works. No bass, just loud treble. Don't buy this.

    I really thought that this product was going to be louder, the sound bar really does not have any base sound, and the subwoofer it’s impossible to heard it, you have to touch it to feel the vibration, I believe it’s a waste of money, for this brand LG I was expecting much more

    We are very frustrated and disappointed with our tv watching since adding the sound bar. We have not been able to get the picture to sinc with the sound. The lips don’t match the sound. We’ve finally given up tying to fix it. We don’t know what more to do…..

    LG-3.1 Soundbar Audio Distorted

    The audio occasionally becomes distorted. Lasts about 1 to 2 minutes then corrects itself. Tried 3 different HDMI cables, various settings and linking it to the TV via BT. Past the return period.
