The second one worked but the controls didn’t work. Had to take it back because of that. My TV sounded better without it so I gave up on getting better sound..

Subwoofer is not what i expected thkuggt it would beat out my Samsung but it didnt. TV great, sound bar is ok

Had to get a replacement

Stopped working!!!!

Only lasted about a month.

Disappointing effects

Great sound but no low frequency bass rumbling
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sonic clarity is pristine, it gets very loud, thumps decent, but if you're looking for a low house shaking bass rumbling frequency response you will not achieve it with this. With that being said this is a beyond PHENOMENAL sounding upgrade in comparison to any stock built in television speakers no matter how expensive the television is. I have a 70 inch Hisense A6G that worked instantly and seamlessly without any problems as soon as I powered it on using the eArc on my Hisense. The Hisense remote immediately without any additional effort controls the power, and volume of this LG sound bar set up, it doesn't change the eq settings but of course the LG remote included does. I literally just plugged the HDMI eArc input on my Hisense A6G TV into the sound bar and I haven't had to to anything other than that. It's worth what I paid for it.

Best Buy need to fire Best Buy!
