    Sound is not as good as some reviews make it out to be.If i could have listened before i purchased i would have purchased different unit.very easy to install works well with lg tv and cable box remote.

    Was happy to have found one as an open box in just about brand new condition. Only downfall was no remote for it but was able to utilize it with my TV remote

    questionable quality of the sub woofer

    I purchased this LG 3.1 soundbar with WiFi sub woofer which I thought would pair well with my new LG smart TV. The sound quality was good and paired well with the TV however, after a year the sub woofer stopped working and I could not get it to connect again and the warranty had expired. I would not recommend purchasing this product for that reason.

    I bought this soundbar in 2022 and it had started intermittently losing sound and then coming back on after an hour of it being off. Eventually it completely lost sound. I had it warrantied through LG and got it “fixed”. Six months later it lost sound completely again and now is out of warranty and LG won’t fix it unless I pay $200 to repair it. Very unfortunate since it did sound great when it was working.

    Purchase this LG soundbar on 2/14/23 and returned it on 2/15/23. I then purchased a JBL 5.1 soundbar which is so much better

    Subwoofer is dead

    After 1.5 years subwoofer is dead. Before it died, many issues with staying connected and ways cutting in and out. Very disappointed in this product for the money that was paid.

    Doesnt sound very good, doesnt connect when turning my lg tv on even after hours of troubleshooting and trying all of the different connection options.

    Subwoofer pairing issues

    This worked great for about 2 years but then the subwoofer stopped pairing with the Soundbar, essentially making the whole system useless. Internet searches revealed this seems to be a common complaint. Would not recommend.

    Engineering Defect With Subwoofer

    The PCB in the subwoofer failed after less then 2 years. It turns out that this is a common issue.
