easy access 4 ice and water ,more space ...i just love this fridge ,was going get fridge with apps ,but it did not have enough space ,so decided to get this one ,got very good black friday deal .....

So much space and so quiet compared to the GE Profile I had. I have only had it for a little over a month now but I notice my wife just opens the door and stares into it until the alarm starts to beep, lol. Luv it and so far so good.

Pro: The storage bins in the refrigerator and freezer are very handy. Makes enough ice and the small cubes are nice. Quite, spacious, and easy to clean. Cons: After closing freezer door, frig door gasket whistles. LG advised tech theirs a known issue with certain serial numbered units, I have one! Computer board needs to be changed, rear grill and gaskets. Unsure if I ask for a replacement if it would also be one of the known problem units. The tech said the rear grill can be a "problem" to change, which concerns us. Our unit was made in Korea 07/2012. Con: tech didn't seem to want to fix the unit, he seemed to be pleased with the "come out fee".. but after calling LG he had a change of heart. We're hoping after the repairs, it will be a keeper. LG knows where these units are shipped, I think they should repair them before reaching the consumers. Nothing you buy today is perfect, if they can fix the known problems, we're happy, if not a replacement will be requested. BEST PART! purchasing it from Best Buy, they strive to satisfy their clients. They have gone above and beyond to appease us.

We've had this for a month now, and still haven't filled it! Lots of room for vegetables and the big drawer on the bottom has three different temp settings. I don't like that they show all the ads with gallons of milk in the door, and then you get the instruction book and they tell you not to put milk in the door....perhaps I'll try it anyway, but everyone in our house likes really cold milk.

It is the biggest fridge that we could find. It is has a nice layout ant this cost less on sale than the smaller fridges also on sale. Standard water and Ice through the door problems where Ice gets stuck in the chrusher sometimes and don't pull the cup away too quickly or you get residual water dropping. Didn't mark down for this as I have yet to meet door services that don't have the same problem. The Ice maker is placed in a great place as part of the door and does not take up fridge space

The refrigerator was my first purchase for my new home. After reviewing serval makes and models, I finally settled on the LG. The interior space is incredible. The freezer section is large. The LED lighting is very bright. The ice maker reservoir may be on the small side, but it does produce ice at a good rate. Overall, I have been very pleased with this purchase.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over a month. We love everything about it except it's external dimensions. This thing is HUGE but being almost 31 cu ft inside I can see why. Some complain the door ice maker does not produce enough ice. We are a family of 4 and use a lot of ice. We filled the extra bin but never have needed it. This makes plenty of ice for our family. The interior is well thought out and extremely flexible. My wife loves the fact that she can store 18" pizza boxes in this. Our old side by side had no chance of holding a pizza box. The unit is very quiet and has outstanding features. I can determine quality based on one month but I must say I was rather concerned when the first unit showed up. It looked like it was dropped off a loading dock, The box was perfect so must have happened before it was boxed. So far we are loving this refrigerator!

Great ! ! Only had for 1 month, but love it so far ! ! Plenty of room and lots of light, plus I love the open alarm !

We have had the refrigerator for 6 weeks with no problems. We love the large size and all features. We bought when it was on sale and have been very happy. The only drawback is the small ice maker, but you can dump into the storage bin for parties etc. I would recommend for anyone wanting a large refrigerator.

I got this fridge due to the fact that my previous LG Fridge was a lemon. I picked this one because the reviews where better than some of the other LG fridges. I like all the space, Ice maker works well, seams to keep the food cold. Last LG did not do that. But I have had it less than a week and the freezer door handle broke. Called Best Buy immediately and they are sending a repair man out. Hopefully that is the last of my problems with the fridge.

Its a big fridge and takes up space, measure carefully. I have not had a problem with space. large space in freezer with 2 nice drawers that make organizing great. large doors make it great for big containers like milk. ice bucket seems small but I have not run out yet, but I am also 1 person. I love it.

This is our 3rd LG appliance. Have washer and dryer for 7 years and they have worked extremely well! The room in this unit is incredible. LED lights are different but cool when you see what they are illuminating, EVERYTHING! No dead spots. I was able to get just about all contents of garage refridgerator in this one; plus the old fridge in the kitchen. Our old fridge was such a dissappointment, this unit goes off when it's suppose to. The external temp guide is great! The taller water spout is so welcome to making pitchers of tea or Kool-aid. I'm so glad we have the room and the little more $$ to buy this unit. I feel such ZEN in the kitchen :) Hope you are able to enjoy as much as I am.

The fridge is great for size and really helps with a house full of boys. Only problem we have had is with small stuff. A spring is damaged and causes issues with closing the doors and a control panel LED is out within 2 years of purchase. Other than that the ice compartment is a little small, but overall great refrigerator.

Anytime I make a large purchase I always do my due dilgence in checking out the item. This fridge was rated #1 by Consumer Reports as well as on the Best Buy Website. It did not disappoint. Even though it is just my husband and I, we love to entertain and this fridge is great with the wide shelves and french doors. Has incredible amount of room. Only issue we had is when it was delivered, the techs plugged it in and it worked three minutes and died???? Best Buy delivered another one the next day (after some coaxing) and now all is well...extremely happy with this purchase.

Had this for about a month now. Love the size and being able to adjust the shelves. Can put a whole watermelon or pizza box without going through a bunch of changes.

We have had our new fridge for over a month, and we absolutely love it. FYI: for those of you who are trying to match stainless finishes across name brands, we bought the LG 31 foot fridge, an LG gas range, a GE profile convection microwave, and a bosch dishwasher. The finishes match fine, and we are very happy with all items.

I can't imagine anyone giving this LG refrigerator anything other than a perfect score. The drawers are strong and they actually fit; they glide out with ease without any rickety wobbling. The interior is wide open. Everything is within easy reach and visibility is unobstructed. The largest pizza can fit flat. The largest dutch oven fits with space to spare. Brining a turkey? No problem! The 3 tier freezer compartment is the most functional and usable I've seen. We were aiming to buy a Viking for MUCH more money but my wife liked this just as well. Phew!

So far I have no complaints. I love the large size of my refrigerator. The fruit/vege drawers work great. My lettuce stays crisp so much longer. I also like the freezer capacity and drawers.

Set freezer at +3 degrees to eliminate some minor frost issues we initially saw. Had concerns that the icemaker would not produce enought ice for day-to-day use, but so far no issues at all. Other than that, everything works and operates as billed. Would definately recommend.

So far so good, I went to buy a different refrigerator but this one was on sale for less. Has alot of room and is very quiet. So far i am very happy.
